Remarks

Faculty and management never motivate students. 7/10 rating for management.

Entrance Preview

I took admission through CET exam (common written examination) conducted by punjab government. Know admissions are made through JEE MAIN exam. I got admission through direct counselling.

Internships Opportunities

I got training From NIIT institutions. College don't have any good placement records.

Placement Experience

No companies come to campus. Joint walk in happens in off campus. No company special visit this college.

College Events

Techfest, cultural fest, athlete meet etc. In functions college is awesome.

Fees and Financial Aid

College didn't provide any scholarship but fee weaver scheme available by punjab government.

Campus Life

Everything is good. No ragging, no gender bias, girl and boys ratio is almost same. Depend on branch.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very good at very reasonable prices. Food is more than average.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Faculty

Faculty is not very good. Its just less than average. No doubt college is government but faculty is not upto mark.

Course Curriculum Overview:

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Remarks:

All over ranking of my college is 3.5/5. As engineering is maximum work for student then a teacher.campus location,infrastructure like building and hostal managment is very poor and far away from main city.

Remarks:

College management wasnt good at all as there main concern was money only. Our security refund is still pending even after 3 years of completion of my degree. Other wise the college was good in terms of studies.

Remarks:

Good staff are very nice and supportive nature. There are not any faculty problem. Functions are organized in a very large scale which is very good. Ragging are strictly banned in college which is very good for fresher students. BAD: lack of equipment and machines in labs. Lack of practical knowledge for students.
