SL Bawa DAV College, Batala, Punjab was built with a mission to provide education to the rural and urban youth of the society. It aims at exploring and polishing the student's potential so they that can become independent, competent and responsible citizens in the society. It stresses on proving quality education so that the students can gain new cultural, motivational and educational experiences. As far as its mission is concerned it believes in the promotion and revival of Indian culture, heritage, tradition through various cultural and awareness programs. It deeply believes and follows the path of Swami DayanandJi, who believed in equality and the need for education for every section of the society irrespective of religion and caste.
