I choose biotech because it has many things to do like researchs in food, plants, fish, animal every things. The method of teaching is very practical and innovative. It helps in exams to deal with the difficulties

Campus placements are less than average. Highest package was approximately 5 lac for Amazon. Only few students get placement. Mechanical and civil branch haven't such opportunities other companies like sonalika mahindra, tcs

Fees and Financial Aid

The total tuition fee for a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at SBSSU is INR 3,17,800. The government of Punjab may revise fees and other charges from time to time. Hostel rent and fan rent are to be paid in two installments, half in August and half in January.

This college is government college and fees friendly. The admission process too eazy ill do it my self only. Other college is soo expensive according to this college. Fee of the histel is too low like 10000 per semster

Student to student relationship is too good everyone is friendly. Our biotechnology department is too good. With hest teachers. Exams are like every semester with two phases internal and external every 6 mnths.

Yes my engineering college provide placement to students many companies visited this year as intern for third year student like visa, samsungand many more .one has to be competitive enough for scoring and clearing all the round and to get internship as well as placement.

Internships at LPU

Placement Experience:

I exactly don't know but after 4 th or 5 th students are eligible for internship and placements. Generally in 7th semester 90 percent students grab their internship. Many companies visit on campus placement like Capgemini, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Microsoft and many more. Highest package offered is 64 LPA by Microsoft and lowest was 4 LPA. Almost 90 percent students get placed by 8th semister. I also want to go to a MAANG company after getting my degree.

LPU through a hostelers lens

Placement Experience:

From sixth semester onwards the students become eligible for college placement. Companies such as Tcs, corizo, wipro visit for placements , highest packages reach around 1 cr and average is about 10 to 15 lac for students with good scores

A Comprehensive Review on College Life, Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities provided are moderate in compariosan to other colleges and they are failry good in comaprison to the private unis.Most of the students based on their academics and skills become eligible for placements in their 5th semester.Both MNCs and startups visit the college and the average package ranges form 8-10 lpa and highest package can touch crores.The percentage of student getting placed is aslo good though i dont lnow the exact statistics. My plan is to go for placements during and after my degree.

Four Years of Growth , Grit and Glory

Placement Experience:

In Chandigarh University you are being elligible to sit in the placement from the end of the 6th semester . A large no. of companies visit the unversity daily for all type of departments talking about my department , companies like Zopasmart , JTG , EY , JP Morgan , TCS , Cognizant , Deloite and many other companies came for the college comapnies with ann average comapny selected upto 10 -12 students . Till now the highest package offered is 37 LPA for the role of software developer . Talking about the no. of students placed from the total students in the batch i would say less then 30% percent of the total students have been placed from the university campus placements till now . Curently i am also focusing on the campus placements to get a start to know more about the corporate world , If i am unable to get a campus placement the i ll go for offline interviews and spends 4 to 5 years in the field after that i ll start my own buisness .

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in computer science so I choose this course to learn programing how the code works in computer. Student ratio is 22 in class. Teacher are well qulified and there teaching method is easy to understand. There two term exam in 6 months and these exam is not difficult
