Course Curriculum Overview
Now a days every job needs computer and have ai use which influence me to choose BTech IT and with this thing I will be more innovative and creative,which helps me to choose job according to my skills and knowledge but the things that should be improve in our teaching methods is their will be regular virtual class which helps us to study easily and in the Better way.the timing of the exams are quite nice but they have to give some extra time for better prepration for the exams.
Internships Opportunities
I didn't know much about the internship of our college but I hear one that in our 5th semester we will have the internship opportunity and companies comes and makes offers to the best students . According to the students innovation and project they got offers by the different companies
Placement Experience
In our college students from 5th semester are eligible for the placements . There are many companies comes to our college for placement such as coca cola,TCL and many others.but I don't know how much is the maximum and minimum package they get in their placements . I think the last year is about 22 percent of students got placement in various companies. After my degree first of all I will try to get a secure job and if i will not get any job then I will start my own business
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for BTech IT is approximately 1 lakh per year and for SC students there is scholarship which many benefits to the students and fees reduces to 2000 after scholarship which is very affordable if compare to others students like general category their fees is about 1.10 lakhs
Campus Life
Their is many festival organised in our college like tech fest and many others fest for the the NCC students and sports students.their is wide variety of books available in our Library approximately 500 students can sit at a time in the library and have very kind of journal and books in the library, all the gadgets and tools for experiments are available in the labs and have huge space for sitting for students.every year almost every sports program has been organised in our college.our college have many clubs for students who have an extra talent like photography club , musical club , literacy club and many more
Admission
Sardar Beant Singh state university is government college which is very big deal for me and my my city there is no government college all are private and have very high fees which I cannot afford.The admission process of our college is very easy our faculty members are always available for help in admission you just have to tell which course you are pursuing and the rest of the work they will do
Faculty
All the faculty members of the college are very nice. they provide every facility to the students which helps in their studies.their are many courses available in the college like BTech CSE, BTech mechanical engineering, BTech electrical engineering, BTech information technology, BTech biotechnology, BSC, BCA and many more.their is two msg before the final exam of semester and mst's have 24 maximum marks and finals are of 100 marks with internal and external marks.
Night Life
Our college have gym for hostel students two, one canteen, one library and very beautiful ground for the exercise or for the sports students.their is two hostels for students one is for girls and one is for boys boths are closed by 10 pm in the night.in our college famous hangout place is verka which is opposite to library and the other one is cricket ground both are very relaxing.
