Likes

First thing that i like most is the different club which are awesome .
The infrastructure of library and the availability of books.

Dislikes

The crowd at the counter of canteen which is too much.
One of the rule which is 75% attendance is mandatory.
College campus is not too big like IIT Bombay

The Reason behind the choose this course is 1st is the high demand of computer Engineering student and 2nd is highly interested to know how all the computer and machine are working at machine level and how the are processing.

In the 1st and 2nd year college provide everyone inhouse internship in which they are teaching us few language and how company are useing cloud . after that we cam apply for internship which are giving are stipend .

Placement Experience

After completion of 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement and they can also apply for placement through outside. JP morgan , infosys , TCS etc companies are visiting in the TCET . the highest package is 4400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In the first year we need to pay all fees on the time of admission and after that from 2nd year due to financial problem we can pay in installment. And there is also some kind of scholarship are available eg. 1: EBC 2: TFWS 3: EWS 4: on the basis of caste

Campus Life

The infrastructure of college is too good . And there is so many club and committee like technical club , sports club , tcap club which all are comes under TSDW club. And also there is so many college fest and sport are happens during the whole year.

Admission

For the eligibility of BE computer Engineering it is necessary to scored 45%+ in PCM and approximately 95+ percentile in MHT-CET exam after that you can apply for college using Maharashtra government portal .

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. i got in this college through mht cet and i wanted to go into tcet as it was near to my house and one of the main reason is placement.
