Course curriculum is little bit easier here compared to top IIT like iisc banglore,iit Delhi,iit kanpur, IIT Bombay etc, here faculty have good knowledge of their respective subject and research area ,here exam is done with time mentioned in the academic calendar

The placement senerio of this college is normal ,but if you study above average then you will get a good job , percentage of btech is 60 and of mtech is 40 ,here highest package is around 60 lakhs and average package is around 15 lakhs , students become eligible after one year of course complition

Fees and Financial Aid

Here fee structure is normal compared to other iit and nit ,here fee is around 60 thousand and there is a assistant of stippend of 12400 per month to the students,but for getting this assistance we have to do biometric once a day.

Campus Life

Here ,the life is good, you will find each and every thing related to your daily use here ,in this college there are many clubs and societies,here there is a facility of gym , library,sweeming and many more in the campus.

Hostel Facilities

Here hostel facility is very good in Rosalie hostel,it is the best hostel of this college wilth plenty of facilities within the room ,the quality of food is normal,as it becomes repitative mess routine.

Admission

Admission process is done through coap registration process, students have to write GATE paper for admission in IIT and nit, for admission in IIT we every college have their seperate application process.

Placement are good. If you want you can get easily if you come in this criterion. Most of branch offer placemnt of 20 to 40 lakhs per annum. Cs offer the highhest placement cost. Internship also offered here with good offer

Cuj Growing towards a bright Future

Remarks:

We desperately need to shift to the new campus. Every department needs minimum 2-3more faculty. University must have to make the full campus Wi-Fi enabled as we are living in 21st century where we have to make ourself more advance. Needs to work on hostel facility and alumni network.

Positive thing is that you will get the superb guidance of the faculties of one of the premiere institute of India. You will get feel of National Institute there, you will have all the things at a single time The bad thing of the campus is that it doesn't have a canteen for even a small thing you have to go out.

Remarks:

All good remarks about collage cause at last approx 80 % students get placement in collage campus. Bad remark is BIT should use better cooks in hostel and should provide better cleanness in washrooms of hostels. Collage management is good and it's in best

All You need to know about IIT(ISM) Dhanbad

As this is an IIT, To get admission here Firstly You have to take the JEE mains exam. At our time there used to be 4 rounds of the JEE Mains exam and Your maximum percentile among all 4 would be considered for a cutoff It was around 90% and to be eligible for give JEE advance Exam. The JEE advance exam happened in July, and its results were also released in August. After Qualifying JEE Advanced exam too you have to go through JOSSA counselling. In JOSSA counselling you have to give your list of colleges priority wise and you will be allotted college based on your AIR. After JOSSA counseling of 6 rounds, you will be allotted a college and then you will receive an offer letter from a college. For me, at IIT Dhanbad after taking admission firstly we were introduced to college through an orientation session with our respected director. After this we were called to campus for pre-registration for our course there we had to submit our documents and verify our identity. That's it !!...Read More
