Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course as it is most booming sector for our economy for startups and big MNCs coming to India for which it has a good future scope. In a class their are about 60 to 65 students and their were 5-6 teachers to assist and teach us. They are very helpful but as in colleges it happens teachers don't teach for the student to understand but to complete the syllabus by any means. But some teachers are very good. Exams were conductucted timely by the college although the university's semesters exams are late but you can pass those exams as they are not so though.

Placement Experience

1.5

Students are eligible for placement after 6th onwards but the placement is not very high. Only startups come for placement drives not any big MNC or mass recruters. Highest package is around 7.4 lacs and average package is about 2.4 lacs. Not a very high percent of students get placement from college they have to try ofcampus for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of college is around 1.25 lacs per annum of which around 80% is the tuition fees and 20% comprises of other charges like registration fees, exam fees and other expenses. Nowadays BTech costs around the same amount in any private college. Although you can get scholarships from the state government to get affordable price, otherwise college provide help for getting educational loans through different banks at different offer from which you can suitably choose the best for you. You does not get as many internships from this college to get stipend.

Campus Life

3

Only tech fests are conducted in our college by different departments to increase the competitive mindset of the students in the tech area as it is most important for the students to get placement and pursue job as an engineer. Library is well spacious have a plenty of books maintaining a silence for everybody to focus on what they are there for. Classrooms are fully air conditioned, all classes does not have CCTV survailance but some does. The labs are equipped with old PCs but of very high specs which a student can use in its growth. Sports fest is organized by the college before the university games fest for the selection of good players for university games.

Admission

For pursuing B.Tech through CSE(DS) you have to pass 10+2 with physics, mathematics and chemistry as they are compulsory subjects for the eligibility. You can get admission through councelling based on JEE Mains held by AKTU as UPTAC for admissions in its engineering colleges although you can take admission through direct modes. After JEE Mains result is declared councelling starts, you have to register for that and do the choice filling and wait for seat allotment. After seat allotment you have to visit college for physical reporting and admission process.

If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.
