- College have a very competitive academics and student works hard from their first year for various events Hacknovate and Ideathons
- faculty is very good and supportive and they clears doubt easily
- sports is average only once in year other activities is music band club and dance clubs etc
Dislikes
- Sports facility is average which is disappointing but covering the cons of sports
- lack of scholarship based on performance in class and academics
- only few clubs for dance and music also very strict towards attendance and discipline
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum overall influenced my decision of choosing btech as I got exposed to real life problems and the transition towarda career opportunities. Curriculum teaches to well communicate and tackle problems that are technical as well as ethical
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is taken at starting about 1.4Lakhs which includes various other charges like medical charges , sports charges , insurance , exam fees , lab fees. I paid actually 115000 for my hostel and 35000 other charges because I am in FW quota. scholar ships are only UPTU scholarship also some small scholarship based on prizes as hackathon , Ideathon etc.
Campus Life
annual event happen in college every year that is prarambh and many technical events goes on frequently about 1 in a month or two in a month range and accessiblity of books are very excellent you get any type of books for 10 days without any charge classrooms have blackboard, projector , ACs etc. sports and extracurricular activites is average and happen sometimes only college have many social groups like NGOs
Admission
I applied for JSS college but later on I choosed ABESIT because it is better connectivity to stations No , I dont got rejection from JSS but due to connectivity issue i preferably choose ABESIT. Admission process is direct as well as UPTAC counselling process cutt off is about 50 percentile marks for last seat or you just have to give JEE exam
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 30:1 and they are very supportive and helpful ,they are available any time during college hours. Some faculty like Vijay Atri( mechanical) and Tanu sinha ( programming ) are very good one. because they are very supportive and understanding There are 3 assignments , 2 CTs , 2 STs overall students got failed also about 10% student . Course curriculum is on the point and feasible
Night Life
the Hostel have Gym and cafeteria which is open only till 6PM and college near night life is average the highway scene and the infrastructure of college ( especially temple at gate) is charming at night near college there is decent cafes , street foods etc. Hostel timing is 5AM to 9 PM college dont have hangout places outside also there is a decent mall and a street for walk locality is excellent and safest in night
