Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of my intrest in computer scinece and technology. Apart from my intrest in this field I liked the flexibillity and versatility of this degree. Faculty student ratio is approximately around 1:30. Each subject has atleast two faculty members and each faculty member is responsible to teach 2 sections. There are approximately 4 main subjects each year. The majority of faculty members at our institution hold PHD degrees but few of them are still persuing there PHD degree. I personally appreciate there teaching methods as I feel that there method creates an intersting and participatory learning enviroment.
Fees and Financial Aid
The gradual rise in fees remains reasonable, ensuring that the overall educational cost at my college are within an affordable range. I value the fact that the institution maintains a balance approach to expenses, with minimal adjustment to annual fees.
Campus Life
Although my college does well in academics, soical life here is bit dull. Most of the focus is on studies, and the social scene is not very lively. Even though there are different groups and clubs, events don't happen very often making overall social atmosphere less vibrant. Books and other study materials are very well available for students in library.
Admission
Krishna Engineering College is affliated with Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical Univeristy, so admission process involves of an entrance exam. It also accepts national and state level entrance exam results like JEE Main, UPSEE, KEAM etc. After these exams, eligible candidates may need to participate in counseling sessions. During counseling, candidates can select there preferred college based on there ranks. However, because I enrolled in 2020- the year of the COVID 19 pandemic, I was able to avoid taking the entrance exam and instead recieved direct admission without having to go through the counseling process.
