Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

MBBS is a professional course, so it's slightly different from the general degree. I have chosen this course because I always wanted to be a doctor and serve the needy. I allmost every medical Colleges there are plenty of faculties for each subject to adress all the students. There is one head of the department and 6-7 faculties each subject for 100 students. The faculties are well trained and teaches with advanced recent scientific methods . Faculties are Altest MBBS, MD/MS or some are post doctorate. Their teaching method is interective with the students so that most of students are paying attention in the class and to make the class more interesting. There is internal exam every 3 or 4 month And it is quit difficult to pass because pass percentage is 50 percent so one need to study well . Also there are many internal exams taking place on every week that prepare us for the final exam and make us more grommed for the exam. Viva is more difficult .

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship is in the hospital it self that is linked with the medical College There we learn some practical knowledge and we are also given stripend that vary 15 k to 40 k depending on the state We need to check patients and go to all the departments during one year of internship where all things are taught in the clinics with the help of doctors and we practice in front of them

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure in government college is less It's like 65000 to 70000 for five and half years And for private colleges it's more Private colleges offer two type of seats one is for state quota whose fees goes like 30 to 40 lakhs for five and half years And for management quota it can go ulto 90 lakh to 1 cr There are some non government and government scholarship students can apply And they get stripend during internship

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is quite happening There is a annual fest of every medical College And also freshers party and other cultural activities as well. Books are available online and also in the offline stores and e book format is also available.students can download pdf also Classroom are well developed and they are arrenged in the form of a theatre so that everyone can see the lecture with projectors and Mike in all class Students run many cultural group that takes part in the activities in cultural program

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel room is very good and in government college the fee is only 12 rupees per month and electricity also provided by the government Meals are available in the canteen And it's quite good College gives hostel on the basis of distance If not hostel one can also get many options for renting a room outside the campus

For studying MBBS one has to appear for NEET UG examination, Form fill usually starts in the month of December or January and the exam is conducted on the first Sunday of the month May . Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is completely based on NMC new guidelines. Along with the theory classes where we know the structure and their working in dissection we actually see them on cadaver . Lectures should be more interesting as it's get boring to literally listen the concepts for first time like a story and at the end we forget everything

Course Curriculum Overview:

Medical field is a really good field in my opinion to serve humankind and learn about science of nature and life!the curriculum is a little overpaced and there are 19 subjects which are taught in a timespan of 4.5 years which is a bit hectic! There are 4 professional exams and 9 semesters which have pretty good difficulty and assess our skills and education. We have regular examinations in around 4-5 months each. Only thing id like to change in the curriculum is better assessment of many topics which are taught pretty well but aren't examined much leading us to waste our time in focussing on them.
