Likes

Campus is extremely good, full of greenery.
Sports amenities and organization of various competition is of great class.

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are very bad. Rooms are very small
Mess is not good at all, food is repititive.

Course Curriculum Overview

Student faculty ratio is around 1:8, and majority of the faculties are PhD from top notch colleges from India as well foreign countries. Entire curriculum is divided into 8 semesters and there are two major exams in each semester

Class Size: 160Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The few is around 1lakh per semester including tuition fees, hostel fees, additionally 22k is mess fees for the entire semester. There are numerous scholarship given by the college to students who need financial assistance

Campus Life

Mood Indigo, techfest are the major cultural and technical fest organized in the college. These events usually take place in the month of December. College is well equipped with books and journals and other amenities.

Admission

B.Tech Civil Engineering enrolled in 2020. Admission process is quite simple, you have to qualify jee mains, for general category, cutoff percentile for advanced is generally 90, after this you have to appear for jee advanced. After appearing for the exam, josaa counselling begins where you to fill college preference

Placement Experience:

7th sem students are eligible for placement in btech. Tata, tcs etc have came for placements. Highest package told to us in 33 lpa ctc that too in mba if i remeber correctly amd average is 6 lpa. For my course, there are no people in 3rd amd 4th year, so no idea for btech ECE. 25 percents is what i have been told are getting placements. I am preparing for gate, ese amd psus so i dont want placement.

After 6th sem company placement get started currently I am in 7th sem and 3 companies had come. And the package they offer is of highest 6.5 lpa and lowest is 4 lpa . All student get the opportunity to going in company recruitment but in the rounds of company many students fail so the ratio is very low of getting selected

I got pretty good rank in jee advanced,and according to previous year trends i was sure i would land up here. Space is a constraint. More multi-story hostels like 100 floors are needed. Also, trees and wildlife need to be protected, the lake needs to be protected. Over the last 20 years, vegetation has considerably reduced lake land has encroached. MTech dropouts are an issue, top gate rankers leave college after getting PSU jobs leaving seat void.
