- There is nothing that i disliked in this institution. Everything is perfect for a student to enlighten themselves.
- It is far from my native place, hence travelling becomes a bit of trouble with less availability of trains and bus.
- One thing i disliked is the mess. The food is average and sometimes bad. Even after complaining no improvement happened.
Course Curriculum Overview
Indian Institute of technology Bombay, best college of India. As a well developed curriculum which concentrate on overall development of a student apart from one's academic. Curriculum focusing on everyday problems and helping find out solution at the same time. Frequency of the exam is pretty well with sufficient time for preparation and all. Multiple lab session and experimental learning is one specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is as follows: 1. Tution fee per semester 100000rs. 2. Hostel fee including water, electricity, sports equipment, gym and other activities per semester 22500. 3. Mess fee per semester 22500 Above is for general category students. For SC/ST Mess is free of cost and further scholarship are provided by the institute and private organisations for accedemic support
Campus Life
It is a great experience, as an IITian there's no lack for anything in the campus itself. Multiple tech team to get part building and doing research on global problems and even participating globally. One of the best college with great infrastructure in India. A vast library with enormous collection of books and journals. Tech fest IIT Bombay is the Asia's largest college tech fest and MOOD INDIGO Asia's largest college cultural fest.
Admission
It had been my dream college since my start of preparation of JEE. If we have to compare between IIT and other institutions there's too much difference in everything. For accedemics to culturals to campus to students. I was confident over my decision for applying for this institution so I never thought of applying for other institutions.to get admission One should have to clear JEE mains and JEE advanced examination with good percentile as cutoff changes every year.
Faculty
Indian Institute of technology with its Best faculty team all across India is one of the best place for nurturing youth. As a proud student i would like to say, the academic part of Institute is well planned and we'll designed curriculum thus, providing sufficient time for learning. Regular exams, quiz, labs always gives us a chance to improve.
Night Life
Nightlife is one such important thing in an IIT. highly safe environment and secure campus with full of freedom. One can go out for cycling, Walking and there's a boat house in our campus for Powai lake which is next to the campus. No time restriction for hostel and cafes. Late night gym, sports all are allowed
