- I gave an entrance for B.A Hindi sociology background.my name came in the list and I went for the counseling with all my documents.There were two time slots.1-for the obc quota.2-for the general student.
- Mistakenly I went in the second time slot because I have never used obc or other quota.The teacher who was in verifying my documents asked me my name.i replied "Fatima khan"To which he said that obc seats have been closed and you are from obc.
- I realised my mistake and said sorry for the same to which he said he will give me a seat because there are many seats still vacant and my name is also in the list+ my grades were real good.
Dislikes
- This was the first time I was insulted so badly infront of so many people and I could not do anything because i was obc.
- Never in my life l have faced such discrimination but once I went to a govt "L.U"And it all happened.
- P.s later the teacher apologised for his behaviour because his act was recorded and promised me to give me admission but this whole LU is same.
Course Curriculum Overview
I would like to add that the use of technology to improve teaching and learning should also be evaluated.Therefore I believe HOD's should evaluate the work of members of other departments so that personal bias and subjectiveity can reduced.
Fees and Financial Aid
Merit scholarship: Based on your CGPA in the current semester.Around 10(per batch) people get 100%off and another 10(per batch)get 40% off on tuition fee. This semester's cut-off was 9.2.Merit cum need scholarship: Again based on your CGPA but also has the condition that your parents 'annual income should be less than 10 LPA.Any CGPA above 7gets you a scholarship, but the more your CGPA, more the scholarship.
Campus Life
Above college.I want to know that when their admission points are outing.And if we fill the admission form and pass the entrance examination of that college then after what we can do for taking admission in these of the colleges what will the procedure.
Admission
Attending and exam after completing an application form is completely up to your choice.An entrance exam is for yourself and for your own admissions.if you don't want to do that or if you don't want to attend the exam then it doesn't matter.you are definitely eligible for applying the exam next year.the thing that you don't wrote the exam last year has nothing to do with you applying the exam next year hence you can apply.
