Remarks

I got admission via JEE mains score.. after JEEM I applied for the department and got it. Others can also take admission via University's own admission exam named AEEE. The eligibility depends on the number of people applying and there the people with higher scores get selected. The application fees , form and dates can all be found in the official site notice board.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

I chose this course because I always wanted to study engineering related to spacecrafts. The total number of faculty as of now is about 12 And total students across 4 years is about 290. Qualification of faculties vary from faculties with lots of research and alma mater from prestigious universities such as Singapore University to faculties who has spend their life in the same city studying Civil engineering with 2 research papers and somehow ending up as Aerospace Department Head. In regards to reaching, most are bad, just about 4-5 people in the department are actually good at what they do ,who are able to properly teach.

Placement Experience

2

Students become eligible for placement from end of 6th semester. A lot of companies visit. How many? I don't know. Most don't apply for placement as often the placements aren't satisfactory so considering only those who apply for placement 100% get placements. My plan is to further study for M.tech and not in this University

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure will be fixed after joining for the person joined but their juniors batches may have increased course fee when they take admission. Scholarship is available through rank in the University admission exam only...rankers there get scholarship. The university will not financially assist other than the tuition fee scholarship. As for jobs inside campus I do not know...nor I have any interest to know.I doubt telling anyone to join this place would be morally correct since no one should go through this torture of living here.

Campus Life

0.5

Life at the campus is not much different than from a high security prison. The campus will not allow you to go out unless a pass is applied...which completely depends upon them to accept...you cannot bring food from outside into campus. Tech fest is called anokha which occurs in February. Book and journals are not much in availability in library and it's suggested to read PDFs of books. Social groups , clubs would be only be some clubs that the different departments run. Forming social groups or websites are strictly prohibited and if found would result in suspension permanently.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

I love in hostel. You're provided with a iron bed..the design is same as what every child draws in art school. Along with bed a iron closet and 0.5 of a iron table. The room size is roughly 4mx6m and is occupied by 4 people (same department) and each one pays 4000 per month...that makes 16000 per month for a room of 24sq.m The food quality is good and bad. The quality of materials used to make? Good. The end product to be eaten? Bad..bad enough for even street dogs to reject eating it. Hostel registration is done while taking admission as it is compulsory to take hostel if one is lot living outside with their legal guardian.

The curriculum behind or campus is very much updated and it is changing as the technology changes. As the present world is engaging with computer and artificial intelligence,I want to improve more knowledge and also want to compete with others. The time table and the devlopment technology followed by our university is devoloped so that only placement are recorded with high percentage when compared to other. The improvement should be observed only regarding labs.We have write examination for every 30 or 40 days , because there are 3 internal test ,semester and lab exams.Actually time is not sufficient but we have to do hardwork.when compared to other universities or colleges our exams arebwry hard.
