Infrastructure can be bit better than other IIT's.
Open campus is another big problem here.
More Rooms can be alloted for students because it's very conjusted for three students to live in single room.

Course Curriculum Overview

-I generally choose the course because I have that much of rank to enter into certain branch but u can also change ur branch in first semester itself. -there are many faculty in IIT BHU , student faculty ratio is quite good. -All the faculties are well qualified all have done PhD and have excellent teaching techniques -Two exams are conducted in each semester what we call it as mid semester and end semester exams are easy to pass but for that you need to study a bit of it.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 212700 per year

Internships Opportunities

Microsoft, Google, Atlassian all these companies offer software developer internship with around 100000 stipend. Many different companies also visit which generally give stipend of 70000-80000 Minimalist team work and task were given.

Placement Experience

After 3rd year students are eligible for placement we have very good on campus placement. More than 200 companies visit and around 800 -900 offers were made.some major companies like Microsoft Amazon Google uber atlassian Goldman sach etc. Highest package is 1.68 crore avg package 20 lakh. Generally 80 percentage are placed Working professional at MNC.

Fees and Financial Aid

Generally fee structure is defined for three different types of student 1.Parental income more than 5 lakh will have to pay 106350 per semester and 15000 for mess fee. 2. Parental income less than 1 lakh they have zero tution fee.they only have to pay mess fee 15000 and some additional fee around 6000. 3. Parental income less than 5 lakh will have to pay 1/3rd of total fee.rest 2/3 get remitted. Scholarships are also availabled to students generally whose family income is less than. 1 lakh.

Campus Life

We have kashiyatra one the biggest annual fest of iit bhu.in January and we have technex in March. All the books are available in our library we actually don't have to buy any book we took the book's from Library only. Classroom are well furnished.plug point are present on each seat. We also have student activity centre and Gymkhana where students can play various sports and physical activities. So many clubs are present in iit bhu like music dance e cell trading photography etc

Hostel Facilities

In our room we have 2 cupboard, 3 beds ,2 table ,2 chair, we have fan and two tubelight in our room. Meal of iit bhu is quite descent we have a good quality meal the breakfast lunch and dinner. We can easily come to hostel to register only we have to submit mess fee receipt and avail the I'd card.

Hostel Fee: INR 7000 per year

Admission

-you get admission through jee advanced conducted by IIT's itself you need to qualify jee mains followed by advanced to take admission -you can go to the website to apply for jee mains and fill the form if you Clear the cutoff you can also fill jee advanced form to sit in the examination. -Just study and give exam there will be no problem as such regarding to admission

Honest review of KCC college

Placement Experience:

The placement is very bad.mass recruiters like infosys and TCS come to the college . They offer a very low packages like 3 LPA .They also show very high packages for some students which are fake .You cannot expect a good package here .

Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

The highest package goes above the 20lacks lpa and average package goes around 5.5lacks lpa 75 percentage of are getting placed last year . My plan after getting the degree to placed in any multinational company as a developer.

Consider if you are preparing for any exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is not so active and here you will have to prepare for mostly the off campus placement for high paying packages otherwise the average package is 3LPA which may be not meet your expectations. The highest package from this college is off campus palcement. if you are a hardworker and have proper skills and knowledge you will deifnitely get placed . so my suggestion is that to also enjoy your college life but also be a hardworker and become a job creator.

I got mechanical engineering in IIT bhu because of my rank in jee advanced examination. I rejected civil of kanpur and chemical of ghuwati because of the superiority of mechanical over them . In terms of placement IIT bhu rank is now 2 after IIT kanpur that's one of the reason to choose it. Now I tell u about my admission process all the students alloted a date to submit documents and for hostel verification . Then on that day the allot us hostel room to stay. Then all students of different branches alloted different places to go and submit documents we go there and submit documents after a rush. Then they give us college id card with college stamp. A Good and Fruitful choice.

IIT BHU is known for it's religious and spiritual, Cultural environment. A number of fest take place. There are appx 10-11 DJ nights and pronight in a year. A total of 6-7 fest are done annually at large level and small fest are regular. This is the best thing of it. The mess quality is also better as compared to others. Why to choose IIT-BHU

To be eligible for this course, you must have cleared the Jee Advanced exam with required ranks for respective branches. For the application form and dates, visit their official website to download the forum. Their is also reservation benefits available in the college which are as follows- 15% seats are reserved for sc, 7.5% reserved for st, 27% for obc non creamy layer and 10% for ews.
