Yaa being a student of cmrit i am satisfied with college.
I liked teachers especially in basic science dept.

Dislikes

Attendance is verey strict in 2nd year. students should maintain atleast 60 cent.
Only one fest in a year, ithink in every college they should conduct 2,3fest

As CMRIt is under vtu (visveswaraiah Technological University ) so paper will come form vtu, so basically we will be having 3 internals in a sem so average will be taken and will be added with ur vtu marks and 50:50 ratio will be considered .

By the completion of 3rd year students are eligible for placement drives. Many top companies will come to hire students such as Accenture, tcs, sap labs etc.most of them are mass recruitment companies .

Fees and Financial Aid

Ya, there will be scholarship for the kcet students as they admitted the college through the govt quota.SSP must be applied by the individual to get the scholarship.coming to jobs opurtunity , placement session will be held during 3rd and final year , students with good knowledge of coding will be hired .

Campus Life

In cmrit banglore a annual fest is held every year called as cultura where the students across all colleges will come and participate in verious competitions . Many guests are invited during cultura . At last day of cultura we will be having a DJ night.

Admission

I got admitted in this college through a entrance exam ie KCET Karnataka common entrance test) .For enginnering course PCM marks will be considered ie 50 percent form ur boards and remaining for kcet score. So for top two branches like cse and ise cuttoff. Us around 16k , so if u have decent college u can opt this college.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
