FACULTY MEMBERS OF ECE ARE VERY STRICT IN MY OPINION BUT THEY ARE BEST AT THEIR WORK. THE FACULTY OF CSE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE EVEN ECE FACULTY MEMBERS TOO. FET IS MOST REPUTED IN GKV CAMPUS EVEN GIRLS ARE MOST FASCINATED TOWARDS THE BTECH BOYS????

Class Size: 84Course Fees: INR 109850 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is little bit high as per thw facility we get in campus and about fest and all. The fees structure is continuously increasing for every new admission session YOU CAN BUNK CLASS BUT NOT FOR TOO LONGER PERIOD

Campus Life

CAMPUS LIFE IS VERY POOR JUST A SMALL CAMPUS AND A SMALL PLAYING GROUND WITH POOR CANTEEN MEAN THE SUPPLIES ARE NOT ENOUGH AND NEW THE INDOOR SPORT IS TABLE TENNIS,CHESS,CARROM ONLY CO-ED IS NOT THERE AS I MENTIONED EARLIER

Admission

Be honest GKV is not a bad University but the problem is that it is not co-ed which leads to a little bit disadvantage of University. If we talk about FET (faculty of engineering and technology) which is 7km far from main campus of GKV FET is not such a big campus as compared to any other BTech college. There is only 4 branches 1.CSE 2.ECE 3.EE 4.ME ALL THE BRANCHES EXCEPT MECHANICAL IS SETTLED IN ONE BUILDING. THE BEST DEPARTMENT IS MECHANIC ENGINEERING. FOR VLOG RELATED TO GKV SUBSCRIBE "BTECHAbhi vlogs"

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

Engineering in Gurukul Kangri Deemed to be University, Haridwar

It was the only college offering CSE during JOSAA councilling based on my JEE Mains score, so I decided to opt for it without thinking twice. I was offered a seat in special CSAB round. Seats are offered based on JEE Mains scores. Lateral entry for diploma holders is offered directly in 2nd year based on the examination conducted by the University. Firstly we need 12th pass with 75% marks then crack the jee mains examination and sit in the josaa counseling then go into the csab counseling after the counseling crl rank under the 1lakh .
