Rollercoaster

Overall experience has been pretty okay. The level of hygiene maintained inside the campus is very good. The canteen should have more seating capacity and the level of hygiene there should be increased. Other than that, it is an okay experience.

The entrance exam was the NPAT. There wasn't any personal interview after that as such. Wanted to go for MBA tech in computer science. But as there was no seat left, had to opt for EXTC as that was my second choice

By far, I haven't learnt many of the things which, being an EXTC student, should have had knowledge of. I think practical learning was just a source for marks. I did not gain any knowledge on how to operate stuff in lab. Or many times whatever has been taught is no more used practically.

The college provides two internships, at the end of 3rd and 4th year. At the end of 3rd year, technical internship is provided and at the end of 4th, a management one. The internships are unpaid and no stipend is provided.

I am still in the third year and am not aware of the exact details but the college boasts of 100% placement. The average package is around 6 Lacs and the highest last year was 14 Lacs. Many major companies such as Accenture, KPMG, Yes Bank etc. visit the campus.

Technical and cultural events happen throughout the year an are pretty good. Sattva is the college's cultural annual festival. A technical annual fest called Taqneeq is also organised every year. They are pretty grand and go on for about 3 days. Many great events are organised during these festivals.

Could afford it but can't deny that the whopping amount of fees would make you think twice. But since my course is MBA integrated, I had expected the fees to be high. It is around 3 Lacs annually.

Many events are organised throughout the year, ranging from beat-boxing to debates, etc. One gets quite a large number of opportunities to explore their inner talents. Many enjoyable and fun events are organised quite frequently.

I stayed as a PG. The room was good with minimal facilities. Paid 9000 bucks a month excluding food charges.

No networks as such that I am aware of. I have never witnessed any alumni interactions during my entire college time.

Too many exams lined up back to back. It's not a problem when the syllabus is divided in small portions. Infact that helps a student to be updated with the portion. But it's frustrating when for 15 marks, one has to study 4 chapters. It's absolutely illogical. lab exams do not inculcate any practical knowledge and are just a burden.
