Big campus are is very essential point in college life
we gots many oppertunities like national and internations level and college do all expences is we are interested in such a opportunitis
free atmosphere in context of teaching and attendance

Dislikes

exams are postponed many time due to certain reasons
very few holidays like no semister brake between semister
exams are very stricty conducted and checking of paper is very strict

Course Curriculum Overview

The information technology branch of my college is very best compared to other courses . Most Faculties is Ph.D. holder so they are best in teaching . there are different faculties for Labs and lectures. Most of time faculty cancelled the lecture but covered all syllabus before the exam. Faculties are very supportive help us, and motivate us to participate in various competitions. Term exam is a little difficult but if they cover the previous years' paper then passing is not a big issue .

Class Size: 71Course Fees: INR 42550 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

fees structure is based on the caste of the student for OBC fees are 42k to 45k, and for OPEN category fees are 80k to 90k. for SC,ST it is 4k to 6k. there is no scholarship from the college side but scholarship of MahaDBT is getting every year.

Campus Life

There are 2 main annual fest that are ZENITH - Cultural Fest and KCT - Sports and they are conducting most in even semesters. There is one central library containing lots of books or academic books also containing research papers and journals. There are many clubs: RTF - robotics club, Nataraj - dance club, E-cell , and many clubs and groups. Jyot Foundation is social work club. Sports are played during the competitions only like GPL is for Cricket, football competitions like in every month or in every two month there is any one competitions

Admission

there is one entrance exam for Maharashtra student is MHTCET. Based on the marks of MHTCET, you get admission . you can apply through the CAP round process online there is no specific process for government colleges. I have no idea about the reservation .

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

i got 97.43percentile in MHT CET i have more college options in other locations like pune,Mumbai,sangli etc Other Colleges like coep,pict,etc are very good but i get the lower branch in top instute. Mht-Cet is the entrance exam through which we can get admission in this college. The cut-off is different for various categories.For CSE branch the cut-off of OBC students is 96%tile and for OPEN it is upto 97- 98%tile. Pros and cons of GCOEA

For taking admission in the Government Colleges of Maharashtra every student should have to give the MHTCET exam which are Conducted after 12 Board exmination . Students should have give MHTCET Exam in PCM (Physiscs, Chemistery,Maths) group. I have found application form in MHTCET website, where all details were given. As i am belong to Reserve Category and with additional and my father was Ex- Army person, which made my increase my chances to take admission in Government college . While filling the option form student have to face many problems i.e website crash, etc., which have to be improved....Read More
