Computer Science studying a completely different Biotechnology course.that helps working for a non-profit organization and even gain the satisfaction of being a humanitarian. The point is that you are free to try out these new things and no one is going to forcefully control the decisions you make. Introduce many platform for Research and other work.

No direct internship are provided by our institution. Students who are excelled in their college are placed by companies and college showcase a platform for it.

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

I choose this college because it near by my house and I always wanted go there . I applied for mea engineering college and computer science and I got the same college but different stream that is IT. Which is also good. They rejected because first I got a college in Kollam and rejected because it too far. And next allotment I got my second priority college. The admissions process actually nice. Not tireding first I apply for management seat then I got merit Quota.
