What Students Say

Likes

Campus of the college is lush green. It is beautiful and have graffitis also
The infrastructure is good,labs are well equiped
Eating spots are awesome.you can get various eatables at very good pricing

Dislikes

Sometimes the management is not so responsive towards students
Any faculty can leave anytime leaving the course in the mid
Pressure of assignments are really high.

I chose this course so that I could learn the new technologies and get into the IT hub. Faculty to student ration is not something I am clear about but its about 1 faculty over 50 students. Faculty has a decent qualification over here. Exams were taken on time and it was not much difficult to pass them

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are good.Even the college itself offers internship under them. They had recently opened the positions for content writers, anchors etc. Other than that companies come to give you internship opportunities

For BCA Its the 3rd sem from where a student is eligible for placements. Companies visiting here are amazon ,IBM, persistent etc. Big giants come here to offer placements. Dell offers a package of about 4LPA thats an average and highest have gone to 10LPA also

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of my course is 39,600 and they have a scholarship test named JOSH under which they offer scholarships worth 12CR. On campus placements are good big companies like amazon,IBM etc visit here every year.

Campus Life

Fresher's party happens every year named parichay and it is really good. Annual tech fest is known as Utsav. Books are available in the library. Aminities are good. Various kinds of sports are here. There are coding clubs,cultural clubs,dance club etc.

Admission

Admission process is online.I applied for the course on their official college website.Eligibility to take admission in this college is that a student must have qualified 10+2 from any stream and have a minimum of 50 percent marks. Applications for next year starts from December

Placement Experience:

I think in 3rd semestewr they offer the extra coure for placements and all the placements are good in chandigarh university in the end of the college degre we will get a avg job by their offered placements.

BEST COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

1. After 6 semesters the students become eligible for there college placements 2.The companies that visited my college are google microsoft and various other large tech companies and the largest offer made to our students were 1 crore ctc 3. The highest package was 1 crore ctc in our college and average package is that of 15 lpa in our college 4.There are 50-60% of students that get placements from our college 5.My plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement offer if not then getting into an multinational firm

Students can attend placement seminars in their last year of graduation. There are mostly placement offers for the role of sales and marketing or chat-call executives. IT companies do visit also but very rarely and they only hire only 5 to 10 candidates. There are sometimes unpaid internship opportunities available too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA in itself is not a very good course that will gurantee your placement in a good company with high package, Its relevance is high only beacuse its easy to complete and get the degree. For good packages you have to do MCA or work harder on your skill to get a good job. BCA helps in building base of your coding career, it offers a good grasp of C/CPP, Java and DataStructure.

Sggs is alright, if you dont expect much

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i was interested in computers and didn't wanted to do arts, and i was underqualified for other streams. Every class has about 45 students, the number vary but not much. The faculty and teachers are helpful. There maybe some slacking by both sides here and there but its alright. The teaching mathod varies. If you know what youre doing the exams are not that hard to pass.

College is truly wonderful

Placement Experience:

In 4th or 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Many companies visited like, amazon, paytm, flipkart, skrill, justdial, swiggy, zomato and many more. 90% students got placed. The minimum average package companies offered to students is around 1.5 lakhs and maximum 2.5 lakhs.

Excellent collage in chandigarh

Placement Experience:

Every year number of companies visit college to give student jobs. Well known companies visit in college like Google Amazon Tata Nike etc. In the last semester we are eligible for campus placement. The highest package was given by Amazon to one of the student of our college Was 2 crore per annum. The average package of our college was 20 lakh per annum. There are likely all the students Get placement. I had planned to become a software developer after my degree was completed
