- The classrooms. The benches and chairs were really uncomfortable
- Library infrastructure was not that nice. Nobody felt like actually going to the library and study
- In fests only few students were chosen for organising... everyone did not get a chance
Course Curriculum Overview
Well the curriculum was really great and offers a great ampunt of knowledge for students who want to get into corporate sector. The course involves subjects like business ethics and csr which also helps us get better as individuals The teachers taught us using both smart board ppts and white board The exams were moderately difficult but 2 mid semesters were reslly hectic... 2 mid semester should be enough
Internships Opportunities
The companies that came to our college include Wise FinServe pvt Ltd Priority IDC pvt ltd Tila consultants and contractors pvt ltd Corporate resource centre Etc. The jobs offered were of consultants managers etc
Placement Experience
The college starts the placements in the final year. Various companies visited the campur from tech industry to marketing industries. Average package was 25 to 20 lakhs and went upto 45 lakh. Almost everybody gets placed here. Well i plan on pursuing mba before getting a job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well the college took fees semesterly which was 25,100 which makes the yearly fees 50,100 The college took 5000 as registration fees which was deducted from the fees of first semester. They also took an additional 3000 as placement training and registerstion fees which was not mandatory but students who eanted placement gad to give this fees. All categories had the same fees. The college did conduct a scholarship exam known as cgc josh whoch provided scholarship in only first semester fees. The college increases its fees every year... for our batch it was 25100 every semester.
Campus Life
The campus had the following fests Tech fest (April) Meraki Fashion show (february) Pitara night Freshers Sports day Literature fest Management fest Law day Etc. The library has decent amount of books but can expand more... also the infrastructure of the library is not that nice The classrooms have projectors The college conducts an annual sports day which includes interdepartment sports competitions. The college has groups and clubs related to departments also... i cluding marketing club social media club etc
Admission
I appied to UPES and confirmed admission also but it was really expensive. This college was affordable comparatively. No i did not face any rejection. Our college did not take any exam or interview for admission. Though there were cut offs for admission.
Faculty
Every class has about 60 students. The faculty here were really nice and approachable. I really liked Ms. Anisha puri, Ms. Shobhna Gupta, Ms. Prabhjot All the teachers were really nice but there were 2 or 3 of themeho themselves were not clear of the concept ... though they left the college early. The college conducted 1 final exam at the end of each semester and 2 mid semesters which made a total of 6 exams per year (2 final and 4 mid sem)
Night Life
The campus has a lot of food points to eat at including nescafe, X burger etc. The college has gym in both boys and girls hostel. The in tkme for girls hostel is 7 pm and boys hostel is 11pm Each department has a individual libraries. Campus classes started at 9:30 am to 4:30pm The college is located in Jhanjeri... though it is not that safe to roam at night but the students did have a nice nightlife... the college conducted fests for hostelers also... And various activities ... hostel premier leagues etc.
