It prepares well for industry demands, though improvements in integrating current technologies and soft skills training are needed. Exams are frequent, timed reasonably, and of moderate difficulty.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 56000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very high of chandigarh University as 56000 +2500 is the only fee of one semester. Complete fee of overall 3 years for one student is 351000 They have scholarship in the form of exam cucet conducted by university There are no such placement opportunities for BCA

Campus Life

Events and festivals are often held in the campus and that's the plus point. It improve and make memorable for college life nad make it joyfull. It also held the events like tech fest, gaming event, sports event, dance events etc.

If you score 50% or above in your 12th board then you are eligible for admission. To get admission apply only on the website name cucet.in Their exam level is moderate and sometimes it's easy. They can improve to give scholarships on to the needy people more

Placement Experience:

I think in 3rd semestewr they offer the extra coure for placements and all the placements are good in chandigarh university in the end of the college degre we will get a avg job by their offered placements.

Placement Experience:

1. After 6 semesters the students become eligible for there college placements 2.The companies that visited my college are google microsoft and various other large tech companies and the largest offer made to our students were 1 crore ctc 3. The highest package was 1 crore ctc in our college and average package is that of 15 lpa in our college 4.There are 50-60% of students that get placements from our college 5.My plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement offer if not then getting into an multinational firm

GGDSD COLLEGE FROM STUDENTS PERSEPECTIVE

Placement Experience:

Placement cell of out college is quite good. Placemenr drive generally start at the beginning of 5th semsterbof every 3 year course. Companies like DELL, HDFC , ICICI BANK, ACCENTURE, DELLIOTE and many more came to provide employement. Highest package after UG is 10 lakhs offered by company to our college student.

Students can attend placement seminars in their last year of graduation. There are mostly placement offers for the role of sales and marketing or chat-call executives. IT companies do visit also but very rarely and they only hire only 5 to 10 candidates. There are sometimes unpaid internship opportunities available too.

Every course in Chandigarh University Hold hold it on, meaning it purpose and the goal. Every course has its own position, knowledge and the reason why it is it is the teaching method of Chandigarh University faculty is quite better and good rather than other universities, students and teachers. Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA in itself is not a very good course that will gurantee your placement in a good company with high package, Its relevance is high only beacuse its easy to complete and get the degree. For good packages you have to do MCA or work harder on your skill to get a good job. BCA helps in building base of your coding career, it offers a good grasp of C/CPP, Java and DataStructure.

Sggs is alright, if you dont expect much

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i was interested in computers and didn't wanted to do arts, and i was underqualified for other streams. Every class has about 45 students, the number vary but not much. The faculty and teachers are helpful. There maybe some slacking by both sides here and there but its alright. The teaching mathod varies. If you know what youre doing the exams are not that hard to pass.

I chose chandigarh university because of its academic excellence. It is NAAC A+ college and also one of India's leading top private universities. It provides its students with large number of opportunities.. It has industry industry-oriented curriculm. Excellent placement records , one of my batchmates got place din PayPal with the package of 34 LPA. It has smart campus and infrastructure. Libraries are fully equipped with modern facilities and overall this university provides good exposure. Apart from Chandigarh University, i also applied for CSE in GNDU, Amritsar. GNDU is govt university and generally admissions are based on the JEE exam and I could not score enough. Secondly, GNDU doesn't provide as good opportunities as CU...Read More
