the worst thing that I unlike is Classrooms and not maintained properly
Gym equipments some of the gym equipments are broken but not maintained

Course Curriculum Overview

The score curriculum is very fine and varied. It includes decent amount of practical works . and the faculty members are cool and very well educated . The Faculty and student ratio is 1:50. Examination are very frequents including vivas and assignments.

Internships Opportunities

The college provide internship facilities to almost every students in almost every big companies over seas as well . there fore the internship facilities are also very good and well developed . So overall it is impressive.

Placement Experience

The placement ratio of the college stands around 85% of students get placement, few goes for higher studies some go for startup business and management etc. Various MNCs like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, Oracle, Wipro, Cognizant etc etc comes for placement. The average placement lies to 10 lacs/ year and maximum around 55 lacs / year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is quarter wise about 60 thousand per semester and 24 thousand for hosts and mess . the hostel condition is very very good along with it there is a good opportunity to take scholarship the collge culture allows it and supports it.

Campus Life

The college is evergreen and very large over 350 acres and includes proper facilities for sports, gyms swimming pool, football ground, cricket ground, badminton court, basketball court etc etc many more , and over all there are more than 15 clubs in college including all aspects like AI, Robotics, Mechanical, Music a, Dance, Literature etc etc.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel quality is very Regents and well maintained clean and new, Every sunday tge hostel is cleaned. And the food quality is mess is decents with varying meal from all over India, we are provided with food 3 times a day with proper veg and non veg section.

Hostel Fee: INR 24000 per year

Admission

Yes, I got into this college via Joint Entrance examination 2023, to get in this you at least have to score a decent marks in entrance examination with AIR less than 80000 for general students. After I entered this college via JOSAA registration .

All about NIT Agartala

Placement Experience:

As the NIRF ranking is going high year by year, companies are coming less and giving less preffer to NITA, Previous 2 years CSE, ME, CE students got 99% placement of avg. 8 LPA and one student got 1.2 cr off campus.

Campus placement is good for those who study ..ans from third year we are eligible..some of our senior also got PPO ..as cgpa also matters ..but not for every .. companies visited here is microsoft ,paypal ,uber, jp morgon and many more

Life in Nit Agartala

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough if you if your skills are much better than others if your CG is at least above them 8.5 then you will definitely get a good package so many companies comes to our college including Microsoft Google Amazon etc.. highest package of last year is 68 lpa

NIT Agartala is one of the most prettiest colleges in India!!

Placement Experience:

From Gaya Steel, to JK Tyres and companies involved in production were the ones who gave us placements. On and average production engineers at our college were paid around 4-5 lakhs a year. The lowest of all but still in top corporate houses as no start-ups are into production. This established names where the one who gave us placements.

JOURNEY TO NIT AGARTALA

Placement Experience:

The market is down these days so placement is not very good but yeah i would say its average not that bad. In 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements and company starts visit to campus. Sicne the placement season just started so the process is going on but yeah deollite, oracle, sigmoid, globallogic and many more came and offer jobs. The highest package on campus is nearly about 23lpa which is offered by British Petroleum and average package may vary from 10lpa to 14 lpa. Almost 96% student got placed every year rest are seeking for higher studies and appear in Gate exams. I will take job and start my corporate journey.

Life at NIT Agartala: A Perfect Blend Of Academics, Opportunitites, and Campus Vibes

Placement Experience:

Placments at NIT Agartala are strong, with students becoming eligible for campus recruitment from 7th semester. Top compines include Google,TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, L&T, Nvidia,Samsung,BEL and public sector units(PSUs). The highest package goes upto 50 LPA in software roles, while the average package ranges from 8-12 LPA for core and tech roles. Around 80-85% students secure placements, with higher percentage in CSE,ECE and core branches. After completing my B.Tech in ECE, I plan to explore opportunities in core electronics, Embedded systems, or software development, leveraging my academic background annd internship experiences.

My views on NIT-A

Placement Experience:

Placements records are pretty good and it's improving with time. The nirf ranking of nit Agartala among the engineering colleges has also reached 82 from 91 so it's a good walk . And there's no unemployment of the student has the potential.

JOURNEY TO NIT AGARTALA

When I was applying to collleges, I appeared for JEE Mains and applied to other NITS and IIITS , My aim wwas to secure admission in reputed national institutes with good placements. I got admission in NIT Agartala(ECE Branch),which i chose over other colleges because of NIT brand value, national-level peer group, alumini network. I couldn't make it to the top tier NITS and IIITS as my JEE rank was slightly higher than their cutoff range. The competition is extremely tough and even a few marks can make huge difference in rank. The admission process is conducted through JoSAA/CSAB councelling based on score, For btech admission,JEE main is the accepted and most prefrred exam. The basic eligibilty is passing 10+2 wiht Physics ,Chemistry and Maths. Cutoff vary depending on category and branch.
