What Students Say

Likes

Faculties provided are good in teaching.
Canteen food are not very expensive for students.
Campus area is upto 40 acre, you can roam freely.

Dislikes

Hectic schedule - 9 to 5 timing, no time for self improvement.
Not enough arrangements for management team.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because i had keen interest in computer science. Student to faculty ratio is 60:1. Faculties are highly qualified and their teaching methods are good but the time complexity in the college is bad like a 9 to 5 job.

Internships Opportunities

They provide Internship in their company itself and train student for 6 months and after that he/she will be provided 2000rs/month. They train you in Java,Python and C for their company to get hands on experience from staff.

Placement Experience

Placements are average like last year student get placed in upto 5 lakh to 15 lakh annum.Companies like Tcs, Infosys,Byjus come for on campus placement. You need minimum 7 cgp for placement in the college. My plan after college is to go off campus and get a suitable job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee in this college are appropriate to what they provide as it is very cheap comparing to other colleges. They provide financial assistance to high scorers upto 50 to 90%. You can opt for hostel in the college but its pretty expensive and congested.

Campus Life

They do fest and freshers party in the college campus in December and November for first year students. Also holi fest , dandiya fest and motivation speakers event. Books are provided in library for the semester. There is no time sports and extra curricular activities on the campus as they stick students on their hectic schedule whole day.There are clubs like drama society, dancing etc.

Admission

Admission process was smooth, they just ask for documents. You can find the form on their website or you can come to college and take a detour. Application fees was 1000rs at my time. Also, you can get reservation seat too easily

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quiet low at bbditm. The average package of 4lakh approx and the highest upto 15 lpa . The highest package is from the computer science branch. But number Of placements are low. But there is also number of placements in other branches.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For the goveenment purpose i have choose that branch. The area is to be enhanced for better growth is the practical knowledge provided by faculties and including some equipments in the lab. Its not much difficult..but the checking of the AKTU is irrespective.
