Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is average. It is mostly theory based and follows university syllabus. Some subjects are useful and help in basic understanding, but practical learning is less. It is okay for exams but not fully enough for real industry work. More practical training, projects and updated topics should be added. Exams happen regularly and are not very hard if you study. Internal tests help in preparation but sometimes syllabus feels outdated.

Internships Opportunities

3

internship opportunities are limited in kcc with few lonks of the college. Most student get intership on there own in small IT companies and startups . Most of the internships are unpaid and a few are paid with very less pay. One project is compulsory to complete for all student , projects in web development, data entry and content works . College guidance is genuinely average.

Placement Experience

4

Placements at KCC Institute are not very strong but okay for average students. From 6th semester students can sit in placement drives. Few known companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and some local firms come every year. Not everyone gets placed, only those who are serious and prepared get selected. Around half of the students manage to get a job from campus. Average salary is around 3 LPA and highest goes up to 5–6 LPA for few lucky and skilled students. Mostly entry-level and trainee roles are offered. If you depend only on college, it is tough, self learning is important.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here is a real and casual review (around 400 letters): KCC Institute is an okay college for students who want affordable education. Campus is clean and location is good. Teachers are helpful but some are average. Labs and classrooms are fine. Placement is not very high but few good companies come every year. If you study well and improve skills, you can get job. College life is normal with events and sports. Overall decent option.

Campus Life

4

overall campus experience is okay , there are so many functions and fests happens like holi fest ,garba night , fresher's, sport fest,dj nights, etc . library is also available where we can study in our free period , library has a vast collection of books of every subject. As for clubs there are few social and cultural clubs , art and decoration clud , sport club , dance clubs etc.

Admission

i chose it because of the average package and infrastructure. This college has better placements rate and average package than many other colleges here . Also the infrastructure is really nice with labs and digital boards and canteens here. Also the annual fest is amazing.

Faculty

3

most of the faculties are not interested in teaching and doubt solving but they are knowledgeable. some times college lack teachers to teach the courses assigned . there is one mid term, one PUT and one semester examination every sem . Examinations are hard as our college is aktu based and approx 30% student got subject back and a few year backs.

Night Life

4

Night life is nice with beautiful views and play areas , you can roam in the campus of hostel , but you have to take permission from the warden for nightouts and get a gate pass , the in-time for hostelers are 8pm . You can hangout with friends at appetito, grand Venice mall , paintra, jagat farm market, alpha 2 parks ,etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jims is a ipu college, so yeah curriculum depends entirely on ipu University. First year is similar for all btech courses. Or is easy to earn marks in lab and soft skill subjects but maths or physics is hard. Your 12th basics should be very good, else these two subjects will affect your overall SGPA badly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
