Getting campus interviews for your students is one of the most important aspects that is expected of the colleges in India. Students and parents, look for campus placement records as one of the important parameter in selecting a college. It is easy when you have a reputation. It is like Sachin Tendulkar getting selected getting that automatic selection even when he is not in his prime, but to be there he had to perform at the highest level in every match he played for about 15 to 20 years. So how do a college which is either relatively new or looking to build their campus placement records. Here are the top 10 tips that we have put together based on our experience of more than 15 years in campus placement and based on the input from various Placement Officers who have been very successful and from very senior HRs. Sometimes even the God of Cricket needs to go back to his basics. So these tips could also be useful for colleges with great reputation and do campus placement day in and day out.

The conversation which I have had about mess food with couple of my friends who are from different colleges has brought me to the conclusion that mess food served in JNU is much better than other colleges!!! Special mess is pretty good!!! However , most of the Vitians including me complain about mess food because ghar k khane ki baat hi kuch aur hi hoti hai. However generally speaking mess food in JNU is pretty good!!

Alumni/Alumna

When choosing colleges, students put a high priority on finding the best academic programs for their field of study. While this is obviously important, another factor that potential students should consider is the alumni network at each of their prospective choices. Alumni networks do more than help fund Alma Maters; they become a professional and personal community to aid graduates in advancement throughout the course of their lives. With this in mind, the university or college one chooses for undergraduate, and post-graduate work becomes more than only a place to garner an education. It is also a place to build the foundation for their future.

Exam Structure

Jaipur national University(JNU) has stated the exam pattern of JNU 2018 on its official website. The entrance examinations for various postgraduate programmes of JNU will be conducted on December 27, 28, 29 and 30, 2017. The JNU exam pattern 2018 mentions the number of questions, marks allocated to them, total marks, types of question paper (subjective or objective) etc. Once the candidates are made aware of the JNU 2018 exam pattern, it will aid them in preparing for the JNUEE 2018 in different programmes. Careers360, with an objective to guide the aspirants, brings the JNU exam pattern 2018 for various postgraduate programmes. Candidates must note that JNU will be conducting the examinations in an offline mode. Also, an important point to remember is that there will be negative marking but only in case of objective type question paper. The duration of each examination would be three hours. For more details on exam pattern of JNU 2018, check the page below.

A supervision is intended to clarify, focus and extend the work which you have done. It is a conversation, based on what you have written, in which you will be asked to articulate your ideas. Do not be deferential, but relaxed; this is not an inquisition. The supervisor will discuss and assess the merit of your essay. He or she will relate it to other aspects of the topic, and will expect you to do so too, so you will need to read as widely as possible. At the end of the hour you should have a broader understanding of the topic. But you should not expect everything to be “slotted into place”. A good supervisor often stresses the limits to the historian‘s knowledge, the variety of valid historiographical approaches to the topics, and the problems involved in reaching a clear-cut understanding of it. Expect some of your assumptions to be challenged, even undermined.

Placement Experience:

A diploma in radiology is 2 2-year course which is the 4th semester. The last semester is of training and after that students are placed either in the same center where they have presently completed their training or can join another diagnostic center or hospital if the vacancy is available . The chances of getting a job in a hospital are quite rare as all documents are required along with experience.

They don't provide campus placement. Not even after completing the course. We can start with 12 to 15k per month. Till now 80% of students get a job after a course with the help of college or with themself. I will do a job after getting a degree

Placement Experience:

From last year of the course, we got eligible for the placement. It provides placement in its own hospital which is Safdarjung hospital which is one of the top-ranking hospitals in Delhi. They offer a minimum of 18k per month. Almost 30% of students got a placement through the college itself. My plan after getting a diploma is to do an advance course first to opt for better job opportunities.
