Strength of students in class leads to negligence in various matters.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to learn about Agriculture and pursue a career in the field that is why I chose the course. Faculty is good and work here done is with discipline and everything is done on time. Every member of faculty is qualified from recognised institution and is well achieved. Exams are conducted twice in every semester with one practical exams.

Class Size: 450Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Mostly internships are offered in 3rd and 4th year of our degree which is necessary requirement to sit later in campus placements. Tasks and projects in industries are mostly offered which is part of learning. Overall, it gives experience and exposure to fields to opt for after completing the degree.

Placement Experience

There are many placement opportunities provided by the university. Both private and public sectors companies offer campus placement to students. Highest package offered is 1500000 per annum and average package is 600000 per annum. Nearly 30% of students actually get placement every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost of studying can be expensive to those without scholarship. University provides its own schemes to students with various backgrounds. The students are themselves eligible to apply for national and state scheme and can opt for scholarship.

Campus Life

Amenities provided by the university is top notch and books of all types are provided by the library. Classroom have both advanced technology to assist in learning and traditional methods. Events and seminars are regularly organised to keep the students up to date and provide new learning opportunities to them. Annual sports and regular competitions are organised by various clubs to develop extra curricular activities among students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel provided by the university has all the basic amenities required to survive. It offers a friendly environment and regular interaction between students of other courses. Food provided by the hostel is good and nutrition friendly. Reservation process is taken into consideration for allotment of hostels.

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

Eligibility: should be a pcm or pcb student in class 12. Admission process is through cuet or ICAR exams. The application is open every year nearly after boards and exams are conducted accordingly. Reservation benefits: there is 30% reservation for SC and STs , 15% for OBCs, 15% for EWS and PWD and sports quota is also considered. The process is time consuming and very stressing,if the process of counseling could be speed up for the sake of students then it would be beneficial.

Placement Experience:

Here you are eligible for placements after 6th semester. Many companies of fertilizer , seed corporation and food companies have visited and especially for Agri business management groups .Highest package offer here is 5Lakh and minm 2 Lakh per annum . Approx 30% students get their jobs in different sectors and many more in government jobs like ADO NABARD HDO and all other willingly give ICAR JRF or CUET PG for their masters degree .My plan is to get a government job as an officer level so that I can serve through holding power

Good college ACCIRDING TO ME

Placement Experience:

The placements for the B.Sc Agriculture course at Invertis University are growing but may not be very high compared to technical courses. Some companies visit the campus for agriculture-related roles such as agri-input companies, seed companies, fertilizer companies, and marketing positions. Students with good communication and technical knowledge usually get good opportunities. However, not every student may get a direct campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in starting of 4th year that is 7th semester. The companies that often visit are pradhan co.pvt.ltd, seed companies and drone companies also companies like Nestle and britannia visit for placements. Highest ctc in 2025 was 19LPA and the avg was 7.5 LPA these data are also available on nirf site. Nearly 30% students get placed because remaining prefer higher studies over placement, those who are financially weak consider placement. My plans are different, I'm preparing for CAT and want to persue mba in agribusiness management from iim ahmedabad or iim lucknow.

I have applied in 5 college such as BHU AU DU BBAU and vishwa bharati Many for BA and BSc course through CUET UG, I got BHU and AU but at the end I have switched to BHU because of it is closer to my home and well known for me. I got seat in AU but same time BHU also, so I have to decide one. I put my seat for upgradation and then BVoc HTM. From 2022, there is only one entrance exam to take admission in all central state University in india. That is CUET common university entrance test conducted by NTA. BHU - FOC

BHU is a very reputed university and getting admission in it is considered good especially among locals. I did appear for counselling of DU and got into north campus since my score for DU was 746/800 ,but the main reason for getting admission in BHU was it's affordablility and it's name which was also preferred by my family. The admission process was not very complex but time taking ( be prepared with all the documents), you get into BHU Faculty of commerce through CUET the first round cutoff for my year was 505 which depends on the difficulty level of paper , this year it was around 548 in first round and decreases accordingly ....Read More
