- Really good campus life , Ragging DOES NOT EXIST.
- A really big Auditorium where all the big events are organised.
- There are like 4 canteens in the whole campus.
Dislikes
- Not really a dislike but all students are really competitive maybe its a good thing in a certain way i don't know.
- No swimming pool in hostels and mess food is just average.
- Teachers are kind of strict especially during the exams
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer engineers can do many things, including designing , developing systems and even working with robotics and AI. it covers multiple sectors including electrica and even healthcare. This sector can healp you pursue a career that really makes a difference. faculty to student ratio is not much. Almost every teacher is a PHD. End terms exams were every 6 months and were quite easy to pass (personal opinion).
Internships Opportunities
Many students from my batch got quite good internship opportunities. BIg companies like Amazon, Google , Adobe i have no information about stipend but its already a big deal working in these companies and thats all people care about anyway.
Placement Experience
Placements are quite good for a Tier 2 engineering college. Many big compaines like Amazon , Google , Adobe etc come and give various jobs and other opportunities to students. Highest package offered in recent times is 1.3 cr by google Average Package is around 4 lakh Almost every student wanting placement gets a placement My plans after getting the degree is to get a placement in one of the big companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
This college is very affordable even for a middle class family. The most expensive degree (Btech- Computer Science engineering) Costs about 5-6 lakhs in total which is far less that what we have to pay in other private colleges that are worse. So, it'd say its a very good college on the basis of this.
Campus Life
Annual fests are quite huge and exciting , everyone looks forward to them. Almost every book you ever need for your studies can be found in our 8-floored college library. Extra curricular activites are also there There are various groups and clubs you can join and spend your time there whenever you are free.
Admission
Admission to the Btech Program candidates has to clear the JEE MAIN Entrance Exam conducted by the NTA. Admission to MAIT delhi is based on JEE MAIN Score Card. Application form can be found on their website. Its pretty easy for an reservation category candidate to get admission in this College. Admission process is smooth with little to no downsides.
