Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Electronics and Communication branch for btech as I have intrest in working and construction of chips and electronic circuits and chips design. In our college mostly all faculty have doctorate degree and very student friendly. They teach us on smart boards use Google classroom for providing notes etc. They also conduct 3 exam CIA 1,2,3 on monthly basis to check our progress.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 119000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements in our college and quite average mass recutier companies often come. Mostly students who grab large packeges like 80Lpa or over 1C goes off campus placements. Highest package this year is 80L off campus and 12L in college.Lowest is 2.5Lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure of college includes tution fee lib fee which also includes books provided for the semester. Scholarship can be grab by up government or Central government as the college is in up so up government scholarship is easy to grab

Campus Life

Fest in our college is not like in other colleges some sort of small freshers party named here as Zelicon Library of our college is very good they provide us free books for semester that we have to return after semester exam. We can also borrow other author books form the library also. Sports club of our college is very active football and volleyball team of our college has storng hand on trophies in zonals. Also clubs like Akshargyan that teach poor students for free and provide them books and clothes is also present in our college with tech clubs like Urjaa and Nibble

Admission

I got my admission on the basis of percentile of my JEE Mains scorecard. After that I took part in UPTU counselling. In that we have to fill colleges list of Up that we want to opt with their respective branches.I fill for colleges like IET Lucknow,BEIT Jhansi and Jss Noida. Elegibility of taking admission is 12 with science and maths and jee mains rank.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.
