An Autonomous institution.

The course curriculum is designed absolutely fine according to me . As there are dedicated committees for maintaining the balance between the real world engineering requirements and the institute curriculum. In my department that is here at the department of information technology among the 10 faculties 8 are having their research in particular domains of IT ,and have their PhD persued. All the faculties have about 25 years of teaching experience. I'll rate my courses 5/5. As all of them are according to the real world engineering requirements,as per my opinion.

There are numerous companies visiting to the campus every year for campus recruitment under the institute placement policies. According to the institute placement policies there is a provision for one student one company. But after the COVID pandemic there's a fall in the ratio of mass hirings by the major mass recruiters like TCS and Cognizant.

Fees for open category lies between 83000 to 85000. And there's a provision for reserved category as financial assistance provided by the state and central government. The government of Maharashtra provides financial assistance to the students from their official portal : MAHADBT.

College has a good environment for the student's overall development. And further developments are going on daily. There are various clubs and forums encouraging students to explore their interests. Few of the most active clubs in the institute worth mentioning are the 'Robo tech forum' and the ' Entrepreneurship Cell ' of GCOEA.

Admission completely depends upon the Centralised Admission Process of the state of Maharashtra ,under which a computer based Common Eligibility Test is coductuted to analyse a student's eligibility for the renowned institutions overall the state. And based on the score in the MAH-CET exam students are admitted to the institute provided the state reservations .
