Course Curriculum Overview

The courses and subjects offered by the college help you to build a strong foundation wrt to understanding the degree as a whole. However, very few faculties are good at teaching making the class interesting for the students. student:faculty ratio is 1:3.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides multiple internship opportunities and some of the companies also give stipend. They try to source companies for all sectors of the industry and that is very evident. Overall its a very good exprience.

Placement Experience

When compared to the past stats, the placement opportunities are gradually reducing due to the current market trend, but I personally feel that this is only temporary and the opportuinities will get better eventually.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is completely based on the category you get during the counselling process after the results for the entrance is anounced. The fee structure for tuition is the same for all 4 year but hostel will vary depending on the combination you sellect.

Campus Life

The college will conduct 2 major fest every academic year. However there is some or the other event happening everyday as this is the result of having multiple clubs and chapters that help in keping the students busy and occupied during their free time.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are very average, the newer hostel and very good but unfortunately they are significantly more expensive than the regular hostel. The infrastructure is decent but I personally feel the college can provide better hygiene for the fee they are charging.

Admission

As my admission was carried out during Covid-19, most of the procedure was online including the entrance exam. The application process for the entrance exam was available on the college website, once filled a small fee was to be paid to register for the same

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

the honest vit review.

Viteee 2021 was held in online mode. there were many cases of cheating because of which the administration then didn't allow zooming in and showed the registration number as the watermark in multiple places. the cutoff went really high as the exam was held before jee and everyone wanted to secure a seat in a good private college. the exam server was v poor it had even crashed in one slot. all the details about the admission fees dates and forms were available on the official site. I am aware of students who are aware of nothing but still are in category 1 in CSE because they cheated and weren't caught, this really boils my blood because even after studying so hard I got category 2. the entrance is usually held offline mode but this was held in online mode and was nothing next to faithfully done....Read More
