Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to learn about marketing and with Human Resources, I can learn about managing a team. Most of the facilities have doctorate degrees. No shortage of faculty is there for students. The term exams are regular and relatively easy to pass if you attend the classes regularly.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies came for internships and with stipend internship companies took interviews. Jobs like sales intern mostly. After the internship, we had to make a Summer Internship Project and Master Thesis Research Report. Internship drive/Mela is organized where many companies come.
Placement Experience
After 2 semesters students have to internship and at the beginning of the third semester, students are given opportunities for placement. Many companies came to college with decent packages even when jobs were not available outside almost like a recession. Many students got placed. But at the end of 4th semester, they let companies in without checking to get as many students placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees get hiked every batch. The cost to study is relatively high but they're providing facilities, they can improve a little. I didn't take any scholarship program or other financial assistance but it is available. No job on campus is there with a stipend. The hostel is extremely costly and not good.
Campus Life
The annual fest is called 'Parichay' for newcomers and annually they take students abroad with fees, event name is 'Cranium'. The library is good with workout and study facilities also digital library is there.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel was average, the food was abysmal, the room was decent for 2 people but the fees were extremely high and only the water geyser was given nothing else, a big hotel room is cheaper than that hostel. Laos bus facility was provided for college. The hostel was in BTM, about 10 km away from the college.
Admission
They have an entrance exam (JET). JET: Written, G.D., P.I., Presentation. You can find the application form on their official website. Application fees currently are around 1200000. With reservation certificates, you can get fee benefits.
