PGDM at XIME Kochi campus is highly valued amoung industries. The course and curriculum is updated on a regular basis according to the industry. Placements, student exchange programmes, and international study tour are the main attraction of this course. In XIME Kochi, the student facty ratio is 1:8. All the faculties are from excellent academic background and have work experience more than 10 years in industries. Their knowledge help us to get prepared for the final placements and for the industry. Exams are conducted at the scheduled time itself. Here, we can expect friendly and helping faculties, and under their guidance plus our hard work will definetly gain us good CGPA.

Lots of companies offers internships for students. EY, Infosys, SBI, Oracle, Wipro etc are some of them. There we will implement all the learning from our classrooms to become professionals. Stipents are also provided by the companies.

Placemets starts after 4th trimester. We have to maintain our CGPA above a specified point to be eligible for placements. There are 100+ recruiters including Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Oracle, pwc, Dell, EY, Society General, etc. The highest package for 2022 was 14.28lacs & avg packege was 10.26lacs per annum. Every year almost 100% is the placemnt record for XIME Kochi. I got campus placement, now settled abroad in a reputed firm.

The fees structure is transparent to the student at the beginig itself. Each and every detail is there in it. The ROI(return on investment) is the main highlight of XIME Kochi at the returns are 108% of what we paid. Its a complete investment. Plus, lots of scholarships are provided there. There are two loan partners also. Also, with internships we can earn 10K plus per month.

Quest is the tech fest conducted every year at a grant level in the month of August. There are more than 10,800 books in the library, over 90 international and national journals and 3 business newspaper, 6 general newspaper and 1 international newspaper. There are 6 fully occuiped AC classrooms in XIME Kochi with placement rooms, MDP room, Seminar Halls, and fully eqqiuped auditorium. Campus provids us both the indoor and out door sports facilities, such as shuttle, football, batminton, basketball. At regular intervals, we have tournaments for the same. We have a gym inside the campus with all the modern machinaries. There are many clubs in the campus which keeps us engaged. All the social media handles are taken care by students.

We have spacious rooms with attached bathrooms. Rooms are well lit, cleaned on a daily basis. for laundry, we hve washing macines. AC rooms are available. Food is good. We have our own munching area also for the night owls. Hostels are inside the campus itself, the rate may vary from INR 10,500 to INR 11,500 per month.

In XIME the admission process begind to the end of November. We have to apply from their website- www.ximekochi.org. Application form fees will be there. For 2024, its INR 1750/-. There are two eligibility criterias: 1. We need to have 50% marks in degree(for SC/ST candidated, 45% is the minimum percentage required), and at the time of admissions, we should not have any backlogs. 2. Entrance is mandatory(I think there is no cut off, as the admissions are based on weightage system. The better you score, the better are he chances to get into XIME), we can opt for CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT. The admission process in XIME is purely based on merit.

Topics of GD were the most relevant and current ones. Interview was of moderate level. The GDPI process is now a days conducted in online mode. After GD, the Personal interview is taken. I used to go through newspapers on a daily basis. Kept a small note for this which helped me a lot for answering some of the general awareness questions. Subject knowledge of UG subjects(core) will keep you confident at the time of interview.
