I had keen interest in the electronics domain so I opted for this electronics and telecommunication engineering branch. Also the faculties are PHD qualified with the best teaching methods. the faculty to student ratio is one faculty per 23 students. we have our exams quaterly per semester with the format of marks 10-30-10-50.

The students of final year or appearing in seventh semester with no active backlog are eligible for the placements. The MNCs like ZOHO and NVDIA has visited the college offering internship with PPOs of arround 8lpa and 20K stipend. The highest package is 11lpa given by TIAA. I'm planning for MTech after getting my degree

The fee structure of this college is based on category of the student, General category student has arround 80K INR per year, OBC category student has arround 43K INR per year whereas a SC&ST category students has 2K INR per year. The maharashtra government provides scholarship for the students for finantial assistance.

Our college has various clubs for student engagements and their overalll development such as ATV club Phoenix, music club aavroh, coding club Swag, etc. Our college provides high tech computer and electronics laboratories. we have a huge playground containing Basketball court, Tennis court and also a gymnasium. Also a huge reading room and library for the students containing around 2500 books

To get admission into SGGSIE&T one must qualify the MHTCET examination. I scored 92 percentile in MHTCET. After clearing the exam, the college is alloted through CAP rounds. the application process starts with document submission and verification then at last after paying fees we get admission to this institute. There is reservation for the candidates of category OBC, SC and ST. also there is management quota for the students available.
