Course Curriculum Overview

The the course curriculum is great and faculty members are also really good. I have choosen this course because the demand of the data science is increasing and I was also interested in this course.So I choose this course The student and teacher ratio is 40:1 They are highly qualified and minimum holding rank of assistant professor. The term exam has good level of problem. U have to do hard work to pass the exam

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

They provide full support for internship and placement. Many companies likes Tata, Microsoft,oracle hire From here .Many Student also got intership and also got hired for job. But the companies also gave feedback to improve in some areas.

Placement Experience

The placement of the collage is really really great infact it is no. ranked collage in India in NIRF ranking. The average placement is 15Lpa. From 7th semester you are eligible for campus placement and from 5th semester u r eligible for internship.Highest placement is 2.14cr and average placement is 15Lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure varies with the level of the course.For foundation level fees is 32k. But for diploma level it is more than 60k. Scholarship is given on the basis of caste Like if u are general ews and ur family income is less than 500k per annum then u would get waiver of 50% If u are ews and your family income is less than 100k then u would get fee waiver of 75% For more details please visit iitm website. Campus Life

They celebrate as paradox every year.Many functions take place and games are also organised in the campus.It is conducted in the month June.There are huge collections of books in the Library. All types of instruments are present like smart boards ,mic, etc.The sports ground is huge. There there seperate grounds for football, cricket, etc. All equipments for sports are present.sports trainer facilities are present. There are different types of club which are run by the students like, coding club,dance club,singing club, cricket club etc.

Eligibility of the course: passing class 12th board is only criteria On the iitm website you can get the information about the course Reservation benifits are provided. All the details about the reservation is present on the website. The fees waiver is upto 75%

I have special interested in the computer. so i have choosed the computer science group in my college. Calculating the student faculty ratio depends on a number o factors . that said , it's generally good advice to look for a student faculty ratio around 17:1 or lower. you have at least 55% marks in the master's degree program from a recognized university. you have passed the UGC NET, UGC SET or CISR NET competitive exams. you have some teaching or research experience. The faculty of the college are very good with each faculty having a vast experience of teaching. Some of the teacher are very helpful and knowledgeable, but some of them don't teach up to the mark, but the teaching quality is always good. Don't leave it untill the last minute. While some students do seem to thrive on last minute cramming, it's widely accepted that this is not the best way to approach an exam. For some people,this may mean almost complete silence, for others, background music helps. Think about what work

Is IITM BS degree in Data Science worth

Students have to give an entrance exam conducted by IITM itself, the fee for which is 3000 INR(1,500 INR for SC/ST) but JEE students who have qualified for JEE Advanced don't need to give the exam but have to register for the program by paying the same fee. Students from any background can avail for this Degree if they have English and Maths as the main subject in 10th class, there is no age barrier as well. After the registration you will be enrolled in program and they will provide you 4 weeks of content, the exam will come from these content only. There is no cutoff for this exam but you have to score minimum 40% in qualifier exam to continue program(35% for OBC/EWS and 30% for SC/ST).
