I have a keen interest in the electronics domain. so I opted for the electronics and telecommunication engineering branch. Nearly all the faculties in our department are Ph.D. qualified. The faculty-to-student ratio is about one faculty per 23 students (1:23). We have our exams four times per semester.

The students of the final year and seventh semester are eligible for college placements. The MNCs such as NVIDIA, and ZOHO have visited the college offering internship and PPO. Also, corporations such as Sarvaha, Honeywell, etc. offered placements for students. The highest package offered is 11lpa by TIAA.

The fee structure of our college is based on a category basis. Where the General category student has 80K INR per year fees, the OBC category student has 42K INR per year whereas the SC and ST category student has 2000 INR fees per year. students can get benefits from Maharashtra state government scholarships. also can get educational loans from banks easily.

SGGSIE&T has various clubs for the overall development of students such as robotics club RNXG, drama club Gandharv, etc. Also, students of our colleges organize various cultural and technical events such as Utsav and pragyaa annually.

The hostel of SGGSIE&T provides various facilities such as WIFI, washing machine, geyser, etc. The menu of our mess is full of various items such as pulses, vegetables, etc. but the quality they provide is not too good. for admission to the hostel, the online form is published on the college website annually.

One can get admission to SGGSIE&T from MHTCET with a score above the 90 percentile. The admission process starts with filling out CAP rounds. Once the college is alloted document submission and verification finally fee payment and you are done with the admission. The students can have reservation benefits of General, OBC, SC, and ST also students can get management quota and other.
