The course is very simple and the facilities are all very helping mind. I have chosen this course because I choose IT for my higher studies, so this course can help me find a better career for me in the future.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies offer internships to the students of CEV. Mostly free internships are offered. Paisa internship is also offered under the college's guidance. ICT Academy Kerala Kozhikode has offered an internship this month.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 41500. There are few concessions for reserved seats, they don't want to pay any fees and the government will pay their fees, they also don't want to pay any hostel fees hostel will be provided for free. Others need to pay the fees.

Campus Life

Campus Life in this college is very wonderful and memorable. There is a library with a wide range of books and an online library is also provided. The college also has a football, cricket, basketball, and chess team.

Admission

To take admission we need to write the entrance exam KEAM or you can apply through the management. If you select through the entrance exam you will be provided a fee concession. The application form can be found on the site.

IIIT KOTTAYAM - a Honest review

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

IIST - A good campus to live but with high restrictions.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
