The atmosphere and the ambience of the college.
The watertank and ground behind the department.

Dislikes

Unwanted cameras here and there which is not working properly.
We dont have a college hostel gate and improper timings of the hostel as the well as the college.
We dont have a proper playground to play like badminton court,table tennis etc

I opted for BTech in Computer science and engineering. Since I am interested in that field. The faculties are very good and friendly as you can share anything with full confidence and express your thoughts and doubts to them. Each faculty uses different teaching methods and that is helpful for the students too.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 106500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As I was admitted to NRI Quota I have a yearly academic fee of 1 lakh 6 thousand rupees. The other seats in college are the Merit seat with 41650 rupees and the management seat with 75000 rupees as the academic fee per year. Till now there are no scholarships available for the students who joined in NRI seats to my knowledge.

Campus Life

College life is going well. We are having sports meet, arts day, union day and so on. Each month we will have different programs conducted by different departments and teams which creates a lot of memories for students while stepping out of the campus when it's time to go.

Hostel Facilities

We have a college girls hostel working for 1 year. The students see their rooms and hostel as their second home. We enjoy being with friends, chilling on the terrace in the evening watching the sunset, and having food from mess, etc. The meals for the month are already planned and Charted by the mess committee members and are given to the warden who will be given to the mess staff to arrange food for each day.

Hostel Fee: INR 42000 per year

Admission

Since I haven't attended the entrance exam due to Covid 19, I was admitted to the NRI Seat. The admission process was so cool and all the procedures went well. As the college has many dedicated teachers and staff, Every detail of admission was sent to the students as well as parents' mail ID about all the procedures, fee details, and documents.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.
