Course Curriculum Overview

4

Being a commerce student I thought the Bcom Hons course was the best option to choose also I chose this course to strengthen my base and knowledge more because it will somehow help me in my master's MBA in finance' to study more effectively and everything will be understandable faculties are okay but not that great I will say They teach every topic nicely and are very easy to understand but maximum of the time they are absent for example there are 4 teachers but only 1 or 2 teachers will be present maximum of the time so being a distant student I think this is a problem Exams are held every 6 months and the exams are not that difficult to pass if you study then you will pass if not then fail.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

There are no such fee hikes if there are any then they will be very minimal exact fee of my course is Rs 9435 and you will get all other detailed info related to fees on the official college website There are many types of scholarships you can apply for in the college like private, government scholarships etc maximum scholarships are for SC ST but there are also for the general category as well like the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship (SVMCM) a government scholarship for every student. Oasis scholarship for SC OBC

Campus Life

2.5

Very rarely fests happen on campus and there is no fixed time for the fests to happen and it's one of the drawbacks of the college Library of this college is one the best I have seen till now I would say for the library a separate building has been constructed so yeah it is the best and consists of every book you will need

Admission

Eligibility of the course: you should get 60% + in both classes 10 and 12 We will get all the information related to the application from the official college website itself No improvement is required in the admission process because it is already good

Course Curriculum Overview:

First thing that influenced me to choose this course would be the well qualified professors, their teaching methodology and their experience, it was a great experience being taught by them. The next thing would be the fees structure, the college provides the same courses available at other colleges but at a very affordable fees. The one thing I'd like the college to work on is the regularity of the professors for the classes.

Almost 40% of students get placed here since on-campus placements are not much good. The highest package offered is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 10 LPA. 35% of students got internships in different companies like Tata Steel, KMPG, Deloitte etc. The top role offered is a managing director.

From the 5th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit like vipro, Amway etc. Out of 100 most probably 70% of students get placements. My plan is to settle upon my own family business.
