Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is to top standard. no doubt with the competence of the faculty. Most of them have completed their research degree in their particular field and the college also has some senior faculty who have a lot of experiences to share.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

The internship was not limited to any one company but could be availed at any company in the sole interest of the students and the faculty. one of my friends went to an internship at Taiwan University for a semester and came back to continue her course. various foreign exchange programs are also offered for students to go to universities abroad.

Placement Experience

4.5

A handful of companies come for recruitment at the end of the final semester. IT companies and banks come for recruiting. Some of them are Infosys, CTS, HCL and RBS to name a few. After UG, one can also pursue a PG in the same college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure tends to change in two years or so. It is always available on the College website as a pdf brochure format. Fees are payable for each semester and separate fees for examinations. Scholarships are available for certain categories of students. On request, the principal may grant a scholarship to a deserving student.

Campus Life

4.5

Social life at WCC is just a wow. No one should come out of college without enjoying the various events that are happening there. The college observes Ethnic Day, Mismatch Day, Colour Day, Traditional Wear Day and whatnot to bring out the gala in the students. Festeve is an annual cultural event where other college students participate. College choir, white gift day and many events happen and keep the college lively. The college also has a chapel where prayers are conducted every day. The classrooms are huge and labs are to the mark. There are a handful of clubs to grow the talents of the young minds.

Admission

The admission process was purely based on marks scored in the 12th-grade examination. It was also dependent on the community seat allotment. To get your seat assured go as soon as possible to apply. Candidates related to an alumna are given preference.
