Clubs, Vibe, Safe Environment, Industrial visits are good. Robotics team of the college is one of the best in India.

Dislikes

Hostel is not available for graduation students.Infrastructure can be improved. All India quota needs to be increased.

Course Curriculum Overview

This was one of the core branches with various opportunities. Teacher student ratio was 1:60. Teachers are well qualified, mostly being Ph.D. holders. Teaching methods include lectures and labs. Exams were regular and moderately difficult.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

After the 7th semester only, one can appear in placements. Multiple companies including ABB, NI, RIL, Samsung, NVIDIA etc visit college regularly. I started my UPSC Civils preparations after the completion of my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

One of the private universities, is so costly. Fees were hiked during the session itself. Not aware of any scholarships. Facilities are not in line with the fees. Yet it is one of the best private colleges in India.

Campus Life

In this respect, it is one of the best colleges in India. With more than 23 clubs and frequent fests, life is fully festive. It also inculcates teamwork and entrepreneurial skills in students through such events.

Admission

Entrance was through AIEEE exam counselling after completing the 12th class. The application can be made from the website of Nirma University.GUJCET exam is needed for GUJ students. Application For all India students, there were 15% seats and for Gujrat domicile students there is 85% quota.

Placement Experience:

In our college, 100% students get placed every year. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Some students want to get into higher studies and some want to get off-campus placements. Many companies like google, motorola,crest comes to take interviews. My plan is to get into higher studies abroad after getting degree.

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester,the students are eligible for the placement cells.As we all know that first step for the placement is The Aptitude test and later on the interview and technical skills. Companies like TCS,Micron,TCS Ninja,Juspay,Samsung, Microsoft and many more. The highest placement from the college is 31LPA and the average package of the college is 3LPA to 4LPA. The students placed every year around 60-65 %.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

Many students don't get the opportunity as it only offers to those students who are good in there own field. Normally students become eligible for campus placements From 6th semester. Reality of Nirma University

I gave my JEE Mains Exam in 2021 and i also appeared for various exams like VITEEE and BITSAT. I got selected in VIT Vellore under Computer Science domain. I also got selected in MIT WPU Pune under Electronics and Communication. The reason i chose this college is for its extensive infrastructure and placement records. I looked for Return of investment rather than how high the average placement is. Nirma also good at Education?? Or only at washing powder ??

My first choice is LD Engineering college, ahmedabad. LDCE is best for Mechanical, electrical students thats why I applied there but LDCE doesn't have much seats on JEE quota so I doesn't make it . Rather than LDCE I applied for PDEU and I Got ICT there but I Choose Nirma mechanical over PDEU ICT , because PDEU's culture is not good , Not much difference between placements of Nirma Mechanical and ICT of PDEU ....Read More
