Course Curriculum Overview

The course is strictly designed to allow students to excel in their respective fields. The good thing is that there is no chemistry like other colleges in 1 year. Some of the facilities are very good and experienced but some faculty don't teach well so you have to be dependent on youtube only for semester exams. Exams are not that hard to pass, you only need 1 -2 weeks for end-semester preparation.

Internships Opportunities

As most of the students prepare for Gate very less students apply for internships. Many of our seniors have had internships. You should only depend on yourself for internship not on college if you want a good internship.

Placement Experience

After 4 semesters students become eligible for campus placement. There are not many companies. There is India Mart, DRDO used to recruit, and HCL. The highest package on campus was around 12 lpa and the package the previous year was 8.5 lpa. Most of the students prepare for the gate here.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Fee structure is very affordable even for poor students. The first-year tuition fee is 40k rupees and from 2 years onwards it is 26k per year. There are university fees of 5000 every year. The scholarship is provided like the Up govt scholarship and FFE. College is currently growing at a rapid pace currently and opportunities are increasing day by day. average package last year was 8.5 lacs per annum. Many students crack the gate exam here.

Campus Life

There is an annual fest called Avirbhav which includes almost every activity. There are Debate club, GDSC club, and coding club. The campus is very beautiful and there are grounds for cricket, football, badminton, and tennis. There are many sports events conducted every year such as football, cricket, etc.

Admission

Jkiapt takes admission in the Btech course through JEE Mains only. Cut-off varies every year and is around 70k crl for cse general. There is reservation depending upon categories. Admission is provided through Jossa and csab counseling.

College life unplugged

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is not that good. Hardly 2-3 companies come here for foodtech. But there are job opportunities for this course. It is a growing field. Outside the campus, if applied in any company, there are chances of selection based on the skills and knowledge one has related to the field

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, you are eligible for college placements they have good placement records companies like Byjus, Hp, IBM, Infosys, Indian Army, etc. come to college for placements. The highest goes to 31 lakhs and the average goes to 4 to 5 lakhs. So almost 80 to 90 percent of students get placed.

The records placement cell is impressive because they organize useful and up-to-date seminars from time to time. Therefore the placement record is one of the best in Greater Noida. Last year was 98% placement. Placements start from the 7th semester.

The positive& negative remarks for the college is that you should placed in good companies if you follow the college pattern and it is mainly college for study here no other activities are held here except study .this is a strict college no music dance fest and singers come in college.

My college is J. K. INSTITUTE of APPLIED PHYSICS AND TECHNOLOGY. I got this college through JEE-MAINS, it is one of the oldest technical colleges even from any IIT, it holds its Excellence in the field of Research and Technology. It offers its courses in Computer Science & Electronics and Technology. The Computer Science was introduced in the college by the Most Decorated organisation of the nation DRDO and from then it is a pioneer institution in the field of engineering. The students studying in the college get excellent ranks in different competitive exams like UPSC-Civil Services, Defence, Gate etc. because the schedule of the institution is lenient and gives time to focus on the self study. The faculty is Very Helpful and Supportive.
