Remarks

College management is good. But when we consider about the amount is really bad.when we compare it with the other colleges is good.

Entrance Preview

I wrote comedk, and many of them have told that it is a good college with a huge infrastructure.and yeah it is true.it has a huge infrastructure with good facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course is same from the past 20 years.which is referred to a vtu syllabus.it has many courses like btech in various streams, commerce subjects, mtech, mba,Mac,bsc etcc...and also barch. But the course which is thought in every aspect is theorey, and little practical.the marks will be provided based on cgpa by the University,by undertaking 3 internal assessments,in which maximum of 2 subjects are counted.

Internships Opportunities

No my college does not provide internship.if you want to try in other big mncs or govt sector,it gives permission to do it.

Placement Experience

1.5

Generally as same as the other colleges Placements are good for only IT and cs students.where there is not much placement for core branches.whenever the companies visits the college, eligibility will be every one are able to attend.there is no hope that every one in the college are getting placed, some who has potential can be placed in a company, but not a expected salary.

College Events

5

Revamp is the cultural event celebrated every year.it is the fest hosted by the college for 3 days,in which some celebraties can be called out.and also there will be fresher's day for the each department fresher's who are new to the college, hosted by the seniors of the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Cet fees are feasible.where as management fees vary accordingly.and the scholarships will be provided based on the caste categories, every year.and the management fees for especially for cs branch is high, and vary accordingly to the respective branches.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes very good scholarships are provided by the college as well as the govt.but you have to wait for the scholarships provided by the college .it takes time.loan is not offered by the college.can try outside.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is really good with a huge infrastructures and greenary all around the campus with trees and lawns wtc..there is no diversity among the people.every one are treated equally interms of religion or caste.there is a skill development centres in which you can opt for the different courses based on your interest.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel facilities are good, but food are just ok.for mess you have south Indian mess as well as North Indian mess too.where you get chapati so hard.rice is good to eat.but if you go for pulav it causes gastric sometimes.otherways is good.and there is no water problem.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes after completing a degree, the students are offered with a alumni card,in case of neccesity of visiting the college.they are more helpful.students are required to fill the form before leaving the college itself.

Exam Structure

There will be 3 internals conducted in which the maximum marks of the two internals that is best of two is considered as marks for the internals and will be counted for the finals as well. where internals marks are for 40.and external marks is for 60.totally they are rounded off to 100.

Admission

Like I went through management,it's eligibility criteria is min 45% marks should be obtained in 12th. And that's it.you need to submit the documents they are asking for.if you want to go through cet,the minimum ranking should be around 40k,then you will get the seat easily.

Faculty

4

Facilities in our college are experienced professionals. they interact with us in many matters like they help us to understand the theoretical matter in a practical way with good sufficient knowledge.and doubts are cleared at the second when we ask them. and they are more friendly too. they guide you in the better way while doing the project.

Placement Experience:

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Some companies also allow pre-placement offers (PPOs) through internships after the 6th semester. ???? Companies Visiting the Campus ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Packages Offered (Approximate) ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ???? My Plans After Completing the Degree After completing my B.E. in Chemical Engineering, I plan to: Gain industry experience through campus placement or off-campus opportunities
