Likes

Buildings are fine and well maintained.
AICTE approved labs are nice but everyone is not allowed there... Only teachers pet.
Campus is small but well maintained and clean.

Dislikes

Mess food is unhygienic and gross. and some times not even acceptable to eat.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of my passion for AI and to learn more about it. The faculty here is kind of supportive but unsupportive most of the time. 30:1 is the student-faculty ratio. you dont have much time to study for exams and the exam level is a little too high.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements during their 7th sem. Placement are mostly done by mass recruiters at very low CTC packages and some are not even worth it. The highest on-campus placement was 4.5 lac and the average was 3 lac per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is 6% per year but your course fee is fixed at the beginning of your course that's the same as what you pay at the beginning the hike is only for the new batch. JEE mains scholarship and Under poverty line scholarship are available but no off-campus exposure or any job opportunities are available.

Campus Life

There are two annual fests. first is the freshers' party known as a carbuncle and the other is farewell known as maestros. but none are worth it as stupid rules are imposed friends can't hang out together even in the open ground.. Worst campus life with no off-campus exposure, industrial visits, or internship opportunities.

Hostel Facilities

Unsupportive, noncooperative old cranky warden and hostel staff. No one listens to the problems cleanliness is not maintained, No power backup. Blackouts are common and frequent. almost every day for a few hours. useless wifi in engineering college. Only Wi-Fi power backup on the ground floor because faculty stays there and parents visit there.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

Eligibility for the course was a minimum of 60% in 12th marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Can be found on the official site. The admission process should be more open and easy to apply and hidden charges should be less.

I have applied for IITs and NITs , but unfortunately I am not selected . So, I took admission in this college with the guidance of my counsellor who advised me to take admission in this college.
