Likes

Social life and interaction with other students is really helpful and promotes character development as an individual.
The infrastructure is absolutely excellent
The employees are really friendly and help you out with any issue that you face and this is really nice of them

Dislikes

There is not much freedom because students are not allowed to go outside the college campus for more than a specified amount of time
The accomodation and food is based on the cgpa score from the exams
Very hectic and tight schedule with very strict timings and rules. Not much room for any relaxation and other activites compared to other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is extremely tough and the classes have a lot of competition among students. faculty members are satisfactory, some are good and qualified whereas some are just okay and teach for namesake.

Internships Opportunities

Internships and projects start from the end of the second year to the beginning of the third year and there are several options for this as well. Reupted companies like Texas industries and other big semiconductor companies and electronics companies are available for this.

Placement Experience

There are plenty of placements in this college and from the information that I've received, I got to know that you get opportunities for placements and internships beginning from around the third year for B.Tech students. you need to have a really good cgpa score for this

Fees and Financial Aid

There are different categories based on the performance of every individual student in the entrance exam based on their rank. There are placement opportunities and internships but they have high competition and start from around the third year

Campus Life

Several events take place regularly which provide opportunities for interacting with different variety of people. infrastructure is excellent and provides chances for all possible options

Hostel Facilities

hostel is not that great. very cramped rooms and low hygiene. washrooms are not really good and needs substantial improvement in these matters. food is not really good. very basic food and not very worth the fees.

Hostel Fee: INR 155000 per year

Admission

I was required to take an entrance exam (VITEEE) for which the eligibility was to pass in 12th grade with a minimum percentage of 60% in physics, chemistry and mathematics for science and B.Tech-related courses. I had to register for the entrance exam first using the college website and provide details for an application form. all procedures proceed from there using the application form and then after the exam, you get selected and get options for selection of course.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
