Life in college

I have chosen mechanical engineering based on my interest in this field since childhood watching aeroplanes and vehicles. I have a keen interest in the working of aeroplanes etc. The faculty student ratio is 1:3 approximately. All the faculty have done phd from reputed institutes like iits. The teaching method is quite good to deliver students curiosity. It was moderately difficult to pass the term exams.

Students are eligible from 3rd year to sit for campus placements. More than 250 companies visit every year with more than 1400 offers. The highest package was 88 lakh per annum and average package was 17.29 lakh. Percentage of students getting placed is 80 percent including all branches. I plan to pursue higher studies.

The fee structure is affordable for a general student. Student with reservations recieve fee cut down and there is no fee hike policy. I did not recieve any scolarship or financial assistance on campus

The annual fest is spring spree conducted in july august and technozian is conducted in december. There are approximately 2 lakh books and journals in the library covering all the disciplines of engineering , finance, management. The classrooms are ventilated with blackborard and projectors. There is an outdoor stadium and indoor stadium with facilities like table tennis, badminton, gym, football etc. There are 27 clubs in the campus with both technical and cultural clubs

Room is provided with almirah, study table and high speed lan with two single beds and well ventilated. The meal quality is decent with healthy foods. The registration process is quite smooth with a good affordability.

The admission process was a interesting journey to the elite college of our country. We have to give jee main exam to enter this elite college NIT Warangal. The application form can be found of the NTA official website. I am a general student. We require a rank of less than 50000 to enter this college.
