Many of us feel that high school was a drag because of the impracticality around what was taught.
Please tell me the last time any of us have used a divider or a compass from our geometry courses.
Most of the time, there are classes (or quick and free info sessions) for the practical things that you might not have learned at home, such as balancing a checkbook and building your credit.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am inclined toward this course that's why I opted for this course. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60. All the faculty members are well-qualified and have 10 years + of experience. Exams were very frequent and were really tough.

Campus Life

The annual fest Anugoonj and hekathon in April are conducted. The availability of books and journals in the library is good, you can easily issue any books from the college library. Sports and extracurricular activities on campus are not good.

Admission

Admissions are done on the basis of JEE MAINS ranking. So one needs to take the entrance exam. All the details regarding admission are provided on GGSIPU's official website. The admission process was very transparent and smooth but it was really slow.

MSIT was far better than MAIT. The ranking, faculty and the opportunities were far better , that's why i opted for MSIT instead of MAIT

Good Tier 2 College

Placement Experience:

Placement of this College is good for survival either you are placed or not placed you get to know about what industry demands it is Tier 2 college so Companies Reach but Most Recruiter are starting Up . Company that Comes regularly are Tcs Ion Zs Musigma Cognizant. Student get placed around 70%. Few Students Start there Startup also Go for Higher Studies.My plan Is to Get a placement and Then Further upskill my self with Mtech.

Placement Experience:

Te placement percentage is about 80% for CSE/IT students and 60% for ECE students and 40% for EEE students. After 6th sem students become eligible for on campus placments . Their are many companies who visits MSIT i.e TCS,wipro zs etc For technical jobs

Placemnet are not upto that mark . Only service based company arrives at MAIT . sometimes a few product based comany arrives but takes only 5-6 students . Almost most of the sutdnets are placed outside the campus and about 70-80% are placed each year

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curicullum at dtu as relevant and fairly compehensive . The course srtructure includes core subjects .The course alse includes labs , seminars and project work , which helps in understanding practical applications, although the industry exposure is limited. Most real world skills are gained through internship online courses , and self learning.

Rigorous Academics, Vibrant Campus Life and Promising Placement.

Placement Experience:

Placement at NIT Delhi are good for CSE department. Students are eligible from 7th semester for their placement. Companies like Amazone, Oracle, Goldman sachs visit. Highest placement in 2025 was 58LPA , average package was 17LPA . And around 100% students get placed . I plan to start a business after completing my graduation..

College Life at MSIT: A Mixed Bag

I chose MSIT mainly because it is one of the better colleges under IPU and has a good reputation for placements and campus environment. During admission I applied for a few other IPU colleges as well but MSIT stood out because of its ranking and the fact that seniors also suggested it as one of the top choices after USICT. The admission process at MSIT is through IPU CET/JEE counselling. Once you get allotted MSIT in counselling, you have to report to the college with a long list of documents for verification. Honestly, it feels a bit hectic because they ask for almost everything JEE admit card, JEE result, registration slip, allotment letter, academic fee receipt, balance fee receipt, 10th and 12th marksheets, character certificate, caste certificate, medical certificate, and even multiple photographs. They also make you and your parents sign undertakings like anti-ragging and attendance. You have to bring two sets of documents, one for GGSIPU and one for MSIT I Applied for CIC DU (IT-MI) But Couldn't Quality As My Cuet Score Was Not So Good....Read More
