Course Curriculum Overview

As my family told me about this stream I found this college is good for courses. Student are pretty short in number Faculty and teaching method is good There are 2 exams that occur in one year and the time of span is 6 months and you have studied regularly you will easily pass the test

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Around 38000 cost needed for this course, which is pretty high for some families There are no scholarships given for college there are only govt scholarship No financial assistance is there No placement will occur on the campus and no stipend

Campus Life

There an annual function like freshers and farewell party occurred. The books and journals available in the library are good. There are no spots for equipment only nss girls are doing some but no others there is no play time or playground for playing smoothly

For admission 10+2 in any science stream and have 60% marks on prev exam On the College website, you will get all information Yes, There are reservations about the candidates Want to campus placement for the students

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
