Remarks

Good college, it is affordable , very nice teaching and results are also good no headache for strict attendance so it is good to have.

Entrance Preview

There are many ways to get enter in this college, one is direct admission, other way is jee or state board examination. if you get good marks in any of these then you can get admission in this college. I landed up here because I have heard good things about this college. for direct admission there is an interview process and for counselling there is no interview. My love for machines and tools was the reason bhind taking my mechanical branch.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course is nice, it is being repeating from one year to another it further need to be updated and improved as the technology is changing day by day. No focus on practical learning we get very few machines to work on and that is also very rarely. No college does not take any research initiative only project of the final year is being compulsory to submit on.

Internships Opportunities

no college have no focus on internship they do not give any kind of help in getting the internship from the college , nor do they suggest to take any kind of internship. But it is important you should do internship it helps a lot. For internship you have to contact with many companies and send your resume to them you may get selected from there if you have good knowledge. I have not got any kind of internship hence I have no idea about stipend and experience.

Placement Experience

3

Placement is not good of college , that is the only thing where college is not so much good. Students have to rely on pool campuses and outside campus placement , very few company attend the college and just recruit a few students from there and no one from core branches get placed hardly one and two. placement percentage is 50 it is improving but it may take time. Only few company visit college like Reliance, Azore and some startups.

College Events

4

very few events happen in college , as they are not much spacious infrastructure in the college hence it can't afford so many events in technical event there is project work submitted of final year students. we go for industrial visits. and they are many seminars and lectures from good professors. In cultural fests there are freshers , farewell and some small parties like DJ celebrity. They are not big, footfall have only college students. No there is no good contribution by them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This is very affordable unlike other private engineering college here fee is not that much high.Per year of this college is 70 thousand that is very less compared to other college of same rankings. The procedure of fee payment is also not that much strict they are feasible towards it, there is no subsequent money being taken on the name of university fee, registration fee and all.So it is nice to be here it is not that much costly and also very good institute.

Fees and Financial Aid

No , no kind of scholarship to anyone , only government give scholarship to financial poor persons and that too require lots of documents and it is only valid if you have same state domicile that is you are resident of same place. I have not got scholarship not from college not from government. College also not helps for loan, they want drafts or cash or check at the time of fee payment they do not consider any loan document .

Campus Life

5

extra curricular activities do happen in college and they are included in the course curriculum that some marks will be included of those activities hence college is bound for those activities, in those there are various competitions in state level like kabaddi, volley ball and also in college level like dance , music , comedy , mimicry and all. I have got opportunity many times and yes I have utilised them . Facilities are Ok not much bad.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

hostel is good, I am residing in hostel and it is not much bad it is average you can survive though there is no ragging in hostel so that is the good poit. rooms are ok there are different kind of rooms for different class of students as many wanted AC , many wanted single rooms and for many there are single rooms also. Pg is not there , it is very far from the college as college is situated in outskirts. food is not good of hostel just eat it do not think about it again.

Alumni/Alumna

there is Alumni meet in regular basis, we can meet our seniors at that time also and also at the time of convocation many student get chance to meet the alumni except that there is no other kind of other facilities provided by the college to interact with alumni, if you have your personal connection then you will be benefitted so here you have to make your connection college may or may not provide help. Alumni are good they suggest the good measures to college so that it can be improved.

Exam Structure

yes exams are obviously very frequent as the college run under the pune university so it have to follow all of their dates, exams are usually taken more than limit it creates hectic situation to the students , they have to cope up with studies and then give tests regularly there are also many classrroom surprise tests whose marks are also included, labs are not frrequent we get very few lab classes so it is not a chill culture you have to do so much hard work.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are very new, they are qualified but not that much experienced but yes they are very good in r=teaching they can convey their thoughts easily to us, they are also not that much strict. As they are very young so their interaction level is also very good , they can understand our problem very easily that where we are lagging behind so it is good for us. Very good and nice focus on studies , good result from the college is always there.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are decent and improving every year. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Some companies that visit are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and a few core and local companies. Average package is around 3 to 4 LPA and highest package goes up to 6 to 7 LPA depending on company and role. Around 60–70% students get placed, and others go for higher studies or off-campus jobs. College also provides training, aptitude classes, and interview practice to improve skills. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my technical skills and try for a good core or IT job.

Placement Experience:

The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:20, and most teachers are quite approachable if you meet them during their free slots. I really appreciate the senior professors in the core departments because they have deep subject knowledge and explain concepts practically. However, some newer faculty members tend to stick strictly to the textbook or slides, which makes the lectures a bit dry. Since the college follows the SPPU pattern. I chose this course after a long CAP round process. Initially, I was aiming for VIT or DY Patil in Pune, and even checked out colleges in Mumbai and MVP KBTCOE in Nashik, but I ultimately landed here at AISSMS. The curriculum is quite comprehensive for building a strong engineering foundation, though I feel it could include more industry-relevant tools and coding workshops.

Placements at my college are moderate. Students become eligible from the 7th semester. A few IT and service-based companies visit, offering roles like developer, analyst, and support engineer. Average packages are modest, with limited offers. I plan to upskill, build projects, and pursue better opportunities after graduation.
